The room and especially the bed were very comfortable, and the hotel restaurant was nice. There was a construction going on at the main entrance during my stay at the hotel, which I think slightly lowered my overall rating. Besides that, the first day I checked in my room, there was women's hair both on the bed and the floor. Finally, I stayed in KL for 10 days and I can honestly say the location is not good. (It is possible to see homeless people sleeping next to the hotel.)

Overall its a great place , well located, good value for ur money Staff could be a bit more info al with guests. More smiles, interactive with client's. To stiff, to attach to rules and procedures, specially when costumer has been here a few times. Costumer service its crucial.

I have a problem with toilet. The is no bidet or hose. need to reach shower head for cleaning. Shower head also a lil bit leaking.

The volume of the bikes after midnight was insane. Earplugs did not help. The windows have zero insulation and for 8 nights, we could only sleep after sunrise.

Clean, comfortable basic room - was fine for me for 4 nights. Staff were friendly. Chow Kit location was nice (amazing food nearby) although not central. The air-conditioner in my room was strangely loud - I used ear-plugs which helped but might bother some. Breakfast was decent although it often took a very long time to arrive after ordering.

the sheets did have some minor stains, and the shower area was quite open so be careful to not get water everywhere.

They have to check the shower head. The water came out not from the shower hole. But the toilet is good.

The aircond in room 403 needs to be fixed...noisy and not so cold. Toilet should have bidet.

Momo's KL is just the best place to stay when visiting the city. Super professional and friendly staff, nice room, beautiful vibes and good location. Totally recommended. --
