Staff was well mannered. They were available 24/7. Breakfast was on time (though normal one) 1. Someone (unknown) person came to our room (a locked room from inside) and my brother told him that you are in a wrong room. We complained the staff in the morning but got no feed-back 2. Room was of very small size 3. Old AC that too right on the head (had headacke while sleeping) 4. Phone was not working 5. No lock in the washroom 6. No prayer mat

My family and I stayed for two nights. It is affordable for a stay in KL city and offers good value for money. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bed was nice. The staff were also friendly and helpful. The location is strategic, with public parking available nearby (paid, and you need to cross the road). We stayed during Ramadan as the hotel provides sahur. Unfortunately, the sahur options were quite limited. On the first day, it was only telur balado and vegetables. Since I came with my family, the kids couldn’t tolerate the very spicy balado. The same issue occurred on the second day- the food was too spicy and it was the only main dish available. As a suggestion, it would be better to include options like cereal or popcorn chicken, or at least separate the sambal from the protein. Other than that, there was some noise at night. The rest was okay.

You must remember it is a budget 3 star hotel. Very noisy from other guests and outside traffic. We asked for the bed sheets to be replaced as they were soiled and replaced with single sheets for a double bed. Very limited breakfast and on our second morning no place to sit. You have to remember you get what you pay for... don't forget it's a budget hotel..

I was upgraded to 2 connecting rooms because the triple room was under maintenance. The connecting door made it easy to check on my children. The fan in the rooms is a blessing as you can opt to switch off the air conditioner when it gets too cold. The hotel is a walking distance to PWTC and Sunway Putra mall. There is a paid parking area opposite the hotel and halal food is readily available around the hotel. There is also a paid buffet breakfast available at the cute cafe of the hotel. None.

Its remote controller was not working - Only one socket available close to the bed - The towels had a lot of stains
