2 lifts were out of order, the operational ones were erractic n slow.

Nothing toilet was not clean at all..bath tub was very very dirty. toilet bowl have dark stain.ewwww...this is 1st time and last time i'll stay here.. and also lift have no sensor, its almost get me stuck at door when lift door wanna close. ?

Best location easy to find street food

Location is near Kg Baru food street. Accessible to KL city center. Check in is easy Layout can be confusing especially some parts of the training rooms. A group of us got lost going to a seminar room and had to get help.

Friendly staff. Hot rain shower. Size of the rooms. Location. Front desk were always kind and cordial. Manager spoke respectfully in out conversation. Standards have clearly been decreasing for many years. My Room fridge didn’t work, safe didn’t work, extremely loud A/c, by breakfast buffet was small and with many options missing or waiting to be refilled. But there is no around or in the front. Coffee machine no workers by 2 days Pool lacked any sense that this was important resource offering form them. No chairs /chaisse long to sit. Couldn’t find towels and no one was up there. Just a guy with a white shirt playing on his phone while laying down. Maybe a deserved break. I’m not quite sure

The location is perfect. Walking distance to many makan places and one of the stop for hop on hop off bus. Also near to Quill 9 mall. The maintenance of the hotel is really bad. The lobby area looks nice and tidy but the moment you get the keys and heading to your room, the nightmare begins. Strong damp smell from the hallway carpet, broken elevator, broken towel rack, dirty room carpet, broken toilet, moldy bathroom wall, broken nightstand, even found leftover garbage in the drawer. Breakfast had to pay extra for kids and also had to pay for parking!

Awesome team! Booked this as a gift for my brother’s honeymoon, they prepared a cake and lovely towel decorations — absolutely loved it! Keep it up! The hotel room was so cozy and very spacious. The location is super convenient too. Will definitely stay here again.

Room is big. Staff are very helpful. There are 8 elevators for guests use. Kampung Baru is only walking distance. Parking is very narrow. No AC remote controller. Towels are dated, need to replace. There is no extra door lock inside, making it feel insecure when sleeping.
