Central location, in the middle of Krakow and just few steps from the main public transport means. Curtains didn’t isolate from the sun, especially from the roof’s windows, very difficult to sleep during early in the morning. Not well cleaned especially in the bathroom that also had a bad smell coming from the shower.

Bed was not good and my room was in the courtyard with broken blinds so everybody who walked by could see in to my room. Room is nothing like the pictures.

The location is excellent—just a short walk to both the train station and the Old Town, making it very convenient for exploring Kraków. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely choose this place again. Highly recommended!

Location is superb! Very close to the Krakow Glowny and also the old town, very easy to find, not complicated at all. Staffs are very nice. I highly recommend to stay here. Everything is walkable.

Cold room, shower was broken.

No Smart TV

Actually just the location i liked, hot water and the room was warm. The room was totally different from the picture and the receptionist refused me to change the room because all rooms of my category were occupied. The room was ground floor with glass door which goes outside in the street no windows. No safe at all. Anyone can come to your room from the street. The reception was in other building second floor with a safe door which closes with a special code. So in the beginning and in the end of your staying you have to go to another building second floor with all your luggage just to make check in or check out. This is not comfortable at all. The bed wasn't comfortable and i heard all the time some noises from the street and from upstairs in the night. I didn't sleep well at all. The room was very small.

There is no mini refrigerator....

Easy access to train and city center. Clean. Lots of stairs should be in write up.

Good location and reception works 24 hours The room needs to be renovated, the bed was creaky, there was no shower gel in the container. The weirdest thing is that there is a lock with code near the entrance door to the reception, but we had to call (and set up roaming) on their phone (they provided code right after the check in). Also, check out at 10am is a bit too early

We arrived to check in, the doors to the reception were closed and there was an announcement to call if the door was locked. It is not very convenient for foreigners in roaming. After checking in, we were given a code from the door to the reception, why they didn't give it right away in the booking message before checking in - I don't know. There is no hairdryer. Too expensive, even for such a good location. We lived on the first floor and in the morning the cleaners smoked near the window and talked loudly. We had blinds, but this happened at 8:30 in the morning

The room is comfortable and clean. It is located near to the railway station. There is a possibility to leave the luggage after check out. I recommend!
