Location of the property is awesome, close to center and railway station. Wi-Fi was also nice, the bed was overly comfortable, I had a place to leave my stuff. Bathroom was overly clean though I didn't use the shower so I have nothing to say about it. The view was awesome too, right near the historical building. The hall and bathroom smelled weird, luckily it didn't break into the room. Overly the hostel feels pretty old but for this price it's ok. The most unpleasant experience was the power outlet by my bed that didn't work, and my neighbor in the room had the same problem. We had to ask our another neighbor to charge our powerbanks and also use the outlets in the hall.

Very much like described, felt safe and secure. Multiple different rooms with different sizes allowed for more privacy with options. You get what you pay for. Showers were good size. There was a sink in my room which was very nice. Seems like only guaranteed to have staff at front desk from 14:00-22:00 which seems like it can be tricky. When I checked in to the hostel, I asked if I could get breakfast to go because I needed to leave/check out at 05:30, so before the breakfast hour. I was told by staff there would be a box with breakfast contents in the fridge. There was not anything for me in the morning. It was too early so there was no staff to speak to so I had to leave without breakfast even though that was included in the price of the hostel. Quite disappointing. Only two/three (only saw two myself) toilets and three showers. It wasn’t terrible crowded when I stayed, so I had no issues with availability of facilities, but I can’t imagine what it would be like if full.

There is a weird smell. The room was low-lit. We have to make our own beds?, it's a weird kind of thing.

I did a late check-in and they gave me very clear instructions! It was also very clean! There is no shower in one of the bathrooms, the pillow was hard.

My recommendation would be to add curtains to the beds, especially in the mixed gender rooms. Three showers for a 40-person hostel is not very convenient at times.

Great location. Easy to access the public transportation. There are some nearby supermarkets. I stayed in the room #3 - The door is to old and need to be fixed to avoid the noise when open/close.

Location - 10 minutes to the railway station and 5 minutes to the Old Town. Kind staff People who came late in the room made a lot of noise.

Lovely little place even sharing the space is clean and people are respectful of noise levels it was quite peaceful in the room. A bit of noise outside from busy traffic but that gets quiet eventually. They even provide breakfast. You can rent a large towel too. Excellent value for money. A great find. Kraków is amazing. I did Auchwitz and the salt mines.
