Hotel Wentzl

The location and view from the window on the Main Square and the Mariacki Church. The bed was super comfy and the bathroom - huge and lovely. Being able to listen to the Trumpet Call sitting in the window of the hotel was a total highlight. I’m a light sleeper so I couldn’t fall asleep until most of the bars closed, but it would not be a problem for anyone who can fall asleep easily. The windows provide great sound-proofing overall.

The location was top rate. Breakfast was one of the the best we have had over the years. Certainly we would return to the hotel when returning to Krakow. There was a significant lack of shelving that was available for clothes storage. What was worse. There was no drawers at all, all ladies must have drawers for their finery.

We've reserved deluxe double room with city view, but first we were accommodated in room with no view at all. After a short conversation we were moved in a room with great view, but int was ordinary one, no deluxe. Anyway, it was perfect, but there was an option to stay with no view.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Wenzel Hotel. The location is outstanding—I could open my windows and enjoy a beautiful view of the entire square, which made the experience feel very special. Despite being in such a central location, the room was surprisingly quiet when the windows were closed, allowing for a peaceful night’s sleep. The bed was very comfortable, and the large shower was wonderful after a day of sightseeing. The hotel combines comfort, convenience, and an unbeatable location. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Nothing.

Beautiful old building but with all the modern comforts in our room. Loved that it was right on the square. Window closed, the noise wasn't too bad. Slept very well! Would love to return! Mark the exit instruction (that you must use key card) for hotel guests on dining room door. Confusing for some people. That's all!

Twice in this hotel. Very good location. Clean. Friendly and helpfull staff. The great view on market square. Not so good soundisolation but this is old bilding and the atmosphere is great

It was so central to everything and a fantastic view from our room to the market square and concert for the lighting of the Christmas tree Nothing

Perfect location to center square, wonderful food from the restaurant, room was very tight to move about. Taking a shower we had created a lake of water around the toilet each time in use as the water had no way to find a drain. we used up all the towels to soak up the water and now no more towels and still water all around the toilet
