We enjoyed everything about the property. The room was comfortable and very spacious. The location and proximity to Old Town was perfect for our stay. Would highly recommend! No complaints at all.

The staff who was taking our bags was so bad he was raising his voice on Polish and was upset because the bags was too big front every one that was so bad - the house keeper was cleaning but after cleaning the room there was a bad smell in the room and drying the room with the shower towels - no kitchen available at night only the bar

It seems that Hotel using the leverage of their location to not accommodate any issue from their customers. I have an issue with breakfast fees and it has been escalated to the booking customer service.

It’s modern beautiful hotel with all the facilities, very modern bathrooms and international breakfast! Very professional and friendly staff, very accommodating and attentive. Amazing location, right on the park with fantastic view of greenery and only minutes away from major town square! Special thank you to Viktoria from Reception and all the friendly and hardworking staff of this hotel. Depending on room location you can hear a bit of tram noise, not too much but if some people are very sensitive, they could pay attention.

If you want a safe bet with a predictable international hotel brand vs the cheaper local options, this is the hotel to choose, and you will have whatever the brand promises. The underground parking is super convenient, though there are cheaper public options nearby. The room, the breakfast are fine. A dozen of really good restaurants (Polish, European, Mediterranean, Indian etc.) are just steppes away. Hotel location is probably more convenient for tourists, than business, but that also depends on the business. The Jagellonian University was my destination, and is just a few minutes walk.

We had a great stay. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in an excellent location, only a 5–10 minute walk from the town centre. The tram was easily accessible, and the train station with airport connections was just a short distance away.

Paying for a superior room that turned out to be exactly the same as standard room our friends had booked (for less money)
