It is not soundproof room, could hear the voice from outside and neighbor, the room smell not good such as smell from painting.

I enjoyed the location near the old town, helpful receptionists, and tasty and filling breakfasts. Multiple restaurants nearby added enjoyment to the visit. Perhaps a quieter location further from tram lines.

Bathroom smelled bad, instead of AC - old noicy fan. No fridge, or mini bar with basic tea of coffe.

The staff were very friendly, it was very close to the center and the room had everything I needed. They even let me go to my room early on request, which earned bonus points. It was a little warm at times but I put the aircon on and it was cool in no time!

Conveniently located a few minutes walking from the train station Kraków Główny and from the beautifull city center of Kraków. Simple and confortable location, friendly staff, and nice buffet breakfast. Was possible to leave some luggage during the day of our departure.
