Great location for the city centre and access to meeting points for trips. Room was quiet and the beds were comfortable. Room was air conditioned. Tea/coffee making facilities in the room, and a fridge. Water was provided every day. Shower/toilet room was a bit small.

Location is perfect. Just enough off of the main drag to be accessible and quiet. The 24hr reception desk was superb. They were always ready for questions and concerns. My mom,sister and I wanted to practice our limited Polish which was met with nothing but kindness. Everything was clean and well cared for in this restored historical building. Every morning we knew we would start with fabulous breakfast included! Because of it being in a historical building there are many uneven spots. Lots of step ups and step downs making it necessary to be on our guard. There is a lift/elevator for travel between floors but on any given floor there could be multiple steps. Be careful.

We were very satisfied. Room for 3 people with separate beds was spacious. Breakfast was satisfactory. Location is good, walkable distance both to old town and railway station. (probably a tram line would go to the station too but on our departure day there were trackworks and trams were on detour).
