Several bathrooms. The kitchen open 24h. Staff present 24h. Locker with key provided. Good location. Clean. Nothing much to complain about given that it is a hostel. No elevator but not too many floors.

Good location and clean. Close to trams. Beds creak and no privacy curtains.

There’s a kitchen and a room where you can watch a movie and chill. The outlets are not that close to your bed.

Location is great! Short walk to town center. The hostel is pretty cute too. The staff were nice. You could leave your luggage before check-in and after check-out without any charge. Nothing.

All good, staying here whenever I have to spend a night in the Krakow, stayed both in private double room as a couple and in dorms, everything was always top quality

It was cheap, the location was good, there were enough showers. I didn't expect loads from the price, it is an alright place to sleep, especially if youre going with a few friends. The common areas and kitchen seemed nice. We struggled with this hostel. I've stayed in/worked in hostels for years but the room was more basic than I'd expected. There aren't enough toilets for people. The window in the 10 bed dorm doesn't open very much and it was sooo hot and stuffy (28° outside). There wasn't really any vibe in the hostel which I know can't be helped by staff but there weren't any activities or, if there were, they weren't made very obvious. We arrived at 2am and had to make our beds ourselves. I know that's an old school thing to do but that's also tough for everyone else staying in that room. I just think a few more thoughtful touches would really make this place like a 7 or 8 (chargers and individual lights by the bed, a fan in the room, having the beds made already, making activities more obvious).

Everything shakes when tram goes by. Bed is very uncomfortable and it needs renovation.
