If you are arriving at night might be some problems with hot water, but after few minutes you can shower without any problems. Also we were specifically looking for hostel with elevator and unfortunately you have few stairs when you enter the building.

There were cockroaches in the bathroom and later bedroom.

Great online check in. The pillow was so thin and uncomfortable that it felt like there was no pillow at all. We were also unlucky with noisy neighbours, and the walls were very thin, so we could hear shouting clearly.

The location of the property was amazing, in front of a really nice park, tram station just nearby and the old town just 15minutes walk away. Also staff was amazing. It was noisy, you could hear voices through the wall and it made the stay uncomfortable. Also, the toilet didn’t work appropriately, warm water at the shower didn’t work.

well maintained. clean sheets paid breakfast was paper bag with apple, water, minimal sandwich. was thinking a continental breakfast. very strange, it’s also yet another holocost museum/hostel. nobody is alive today that had anything to do with it. why not something positive about amazing polish/krakow history. where is the museum for all the civilians of poland, russia. ukraine belorus german etc. 10s of millions died in conflict. 1day and left krakow, me and family are tired of the negativity and profiting from holocost rhetoric… truth is far more horrible things have happened and people have got on with life…

Clean, good furniture, good bathroom. Slow wifi. Warm room.

Very good location. Clean room, with a locker big enough for a suitcase, so you can store your belongings locked in the room. All good. I'd recommend to add a kitchen towel in the kitchen, as there was 1 textile towel which was not enough for that many people.

Noise was quite bad. From street and from corridor. We were right next to kitchen so there was a lot of noise when people were going there. Old student dorm issues, I guess. And the towels looked quite worn.

The location was great and our room was very clean. Check in and checkout was quick and easy. The value was good for the location and I would likely stay here again for a short stay like 1 night. We got a twin room with two beds and one of the mattresses was comfortable but the other extremely soft and uncomfortable. This is big issue for me because I have back problems but thankfully my friend didn’t and took the soft one. Breakfast was a ham and cheese sandwich with not much ham or cheese, an apple and cookie and I would not recommend paying for it.

The most professional staff I’ve ever seen in a hostel. I was thinking for a long time and could only come up with keychains making too much noise, that’s how good everything else was

Not suitable for those traveling with suitcases There is no elevator
-
Beds from metal. Make noise alll the night
-
There was no warm water for the majority of our stay so I couldn't even take a shower the first night after traveling all day. The room isn't very warm either, in combination with the lack of warm water it wasn't a pleasant experience. Also it was VERY noisy at night & in the early morning hours 4-5am.

The breakfast was simple but sufficient to start the day: bread with cheese and ham, an apple, a biscuit and water. The shared kitchen was bright and equipped with everything necessary for cooking. Tea, coffee, sugar, and salt were provided.

Bed was good size, but mattresses and pillow is too soft :)

Everything was good but they should give time to check out a little bit more
