Glass House Hot Tub Apartments

Clean My stay in Kraków at the Jacuzzi apartment was quite disappointing overall. I feel the accommodation was significantly overpriced for what was offered. When booking, it was unclear which specific apartment I would be assigned, and I ended up receiving a different one than I had originally intended to reserve. The price of nearly 1,000 PLN felt excessive for the standard and experience provided. The location was also confusing and not easy to find, which added unnecessary stress on arrival. Additionally, I was charged an extra 50 PLN for checking out less than an hour earlier, which felt unreasonable and left a negative impression. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not choose to stay here again.

It was a clean room and only about 20 mins walk from the city centre but very close to the train station as well. It was easy to communicate with the staff through booking.com, it was very safe with secured entry and staff working 24hrs We probably got the worst room in the complex, it was still a decent room but I booked this based on the photos and ended up with the room with the green decor in it which disappointed me, the bed was a double bed with 2 single duvets and not the most comfortable. On the Thursday and Friday morning we where woke up to banging and especially on the Friday there was banging and drilling going on.

It has a big comfortable jacuzzi and the staff was nice. The jacuzzi is in the bathroom and the walls are glass so it’s kinda hard to share the space and it’s a very small space the bed is on top of the bathroom and the TV is huge & at the foot of the bed.

It was very open spaced, with plenty facilities for your own access. It was a little bit but not too far from the centre, I also didn’t like that the hot tub water doesn’t stay hot, and it takes a while to fill it up each time.

Bed was ok Bathroom, water everywhere, no drainage or mop provided to clean it. If using a shower, everything is wet. Jacuzzi is lovely but had to catch jet covers as they are loose and tend to travel in the bath. Also had to aid drainage of the bath as the lift mechanism for the plug doesnt seem to work when the bath is filled.

Well set up. I chose the birthday package for my boyfriend and he loved it! Jacuzzi and sauna also worked well! Both TVs were a struggle to get working but the staff are easy to reach and came to sort it out!

I liked the central location and hot tub in our room. I disliked the checking in procedure and the rude, unhelpful receptionist!

All was fine with the apartment and also the hosts were great. We had a small issue which was sorted very quickly without any issue at all. Nothing to dislike at all.

I loved the jacuzzi it was very nice after working around krakow all day, the shower was amazing, I loved the fact we had a kitchen and a freezer and fridge, staff were very friendly and helpful The only thing I didn’t like which is the bed was a little hard and the pillows were very flat
