I would have liked to have tea/coffee in the room with an electric kettle.

the only downsides : the walls are a bit thin (we could hear noises from the neighbors) , and the pillow was not too friendly for me, but I lived just fine with these. Yes, the cleaning is done - and sheets/towels are changed every 2 days, but we asked towels at the reception desk when needed. No issues.

Room extremely small, no fridge

The room was small, but it served us well for a 3-day trip, and it was very clean. (But room service is once every 2 days - it did get a bit annoying to have wet towels, since the bathroom did not have ventilation.) The thick blankets were too much - with the blanket I was hot and without it I was cold. It would have been great to have some lighter ones in summer.

I would like to have slippers in my room and iron because i think it is important for a business trip

Lots of traffic nearby, but it depends on which side of the building is your room.

And it had breakfast and snacks available The shower door was strange and a hair dryer blew a fuse but staff was very helpful

The breakfast options are very limited for vegans and the bar doesn’t serve beer. It also closes very early and the room is quite cramped.

The room was good very clean. Good location very close to city center and well connected to public transport

I noticed an inconsistency in service, as the night staff were not particularly welcoming, whereas the morning staff were more friendly and helpful. When I requested for somethings, I was asked to come downstairs to collect it. As this is a hotel, I would have expected this to be delivered to the room rather than requiring a self-service approach. The beds were quite small. While this was manageable for me, it may be less comfortable for taller guests, so it’s something worth considering.

All in all - 9/10. My room had no fridge, and there wasn't a place, be it in-room or public, to heat up my food.

Stayed one short night

Clean, reasonably sized, good bed, friendly staff. Loud city square outside, noise proof windows not quite thick enough.

Check in was quick, staff was nice, room was clean.

Breakfast is really worthwhile, there's plenty of choice and it's delicious

Good location and quiet hotel. Staff were nice. Very very very small room

Location is very good, near Tram station.. cozy room small yet convenient compared with the price.

Walking distance from the train/bus station. Early check in without extra charges.

I was there with 2 colleagues - all three of us enjoyed the stay. Well, we could not remember anything we did not like.
