Qubus Hotel Krakow

We had a wonderful stay at Qubus Hotel Kraków and would definitely choose it again. ❤️ The hotel was very clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was excellent with a great selection. The location is perfect for exploring Kraków and getting around the city. Our room was on the 7th floor and the view was absolutely beautiful – overlooking the Vistula River and the Old Town. It was especially lovely in the evening. Having a secure hotel garage for our car was also a big plus for us. A rooftop inside pool and jacuzi are also big plus. A very comfortable hotel in a great location with everything we needed for our stay. We would happily return! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ /

The hotel has an excellent location by the riverside and is a short walk/tram ride to the town centre, yet in a peaceful location. On arrival we received a warm welcome and we found the hotel to be very clean and well apointed throughout. Our room had a large comfortable bed and the breakfast buffet in the dining room each morning was exceptional and very well presented. Overall we had a wonderful stay.

We liked the location of the hotel as it was easy to get to everywhere we needed. We had a premium double overlooking the river and we are glad we paid extra as the room had a great view. The bed was comfortable, bathroom spacious and modern. The air conditioning was efficient and made our stay great on hot days. The room was clean and of an adequate size for the price. The breakfast was fresh, well-presented, plentiful and often replenished. I used the pool before breakfast and on both days I had it for myself. The area was clean, the towel was provided and water was of good temperature. The hotel has a good bar and the barman was superb. Overall, the staff were excellent, efficient, professional and friendly. We had a very pleasant stay that had the potential to be great. Even though our room was on the seventh floor, there was a lot of noise from the trams so soundproofing was not great. I would expect better toiletries provided for the premium room, such as hair conditioner and body lotion. The hairdryer was attached to a wall in the bathroom which is my pet hate and was very basic - either hot or cold, quite slow so if you have thick, long hair allow some time for drying. The website states the premium rooms have a fridge but it is a warm mini-bar with the temperature that does not keep the drink cool at all - this was my biggest disappointment, as I needed to keep my medication cool. I asked the reception to check this and was told it is not supposed to be cool. What is the point then? The breakfast was great but at a busy/peak time at 8.30 it was difficult to find a table and queues were long. It would have been useful to inform about the peak times or pre-book a time slot to avoid this. The changing rooms for the pool did not provide much privacy, the staff kept the doors open even when I was changing and I felt very exposed.

Great location next to river , fantastic breakfast and good spa One very soft pillow on bed managed to get a second pillow from reception, spa changing room when door opened in full view of reception.

Breakfast was amazing. Staff very nice Air conditioner didn’t work enough even after they came in and looked at it. Every time I used the pool there were different ppl acting like it was their own personal pool. Ridiculous selfish behavior unchecked by staff.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The location and breakfast were excellent. parking was not free and cost 80 PLN per night. The swimming pool was also quite small and occasionally crowded sometimes.

Clean, tidy room. Very close to the city center at the Visla bank. Water was possible to get from a water fountain on every floor - unlimited quantity of very good water, provided karaffa (2/room)., still and sparkling also available - not to waste glass or plastic boottles ! - I like this solution very much ! First two days the floor corridor were closed due to refurbishment, we have top go up one more floor and walk back to our floor - only one day and the workers were extremely polite and helpful, work only between 9 and 17.00 - so it was strange, but not disturbing. Tram bridge were very close, first night it was too noisy, afterwards we had accomodated to it.
