Cosy and silent room. It's clean. A huge park near to the hotel, very good. There are also some restaurant so we can eat different type of meal. When I came to the reception to the check-out, a man passed me without the hostess saying anything. And she took care of him without paying attention to me who had arrived first. The shampoo isn't so good, it was not appreciable to wash my hair.

Hotel is clean, modern and good location Too much noise! Some children was run, scream and make noise until late night. And nobody did nothing about that.

Staff very friendly Poor choice of breakfast and i wasnt infor.ed about a la carte option, ,cheeses were dry and lack of choice. I simply expected a little better from a hotel in Krakow.

It’s a short cab drive away from the city center. Some may see this as a negative but I think it’s nice to be a bit away from the craziness of all of the tourist traps.

Check in was easy. Breakfast was nice. Room was clean. I was getting ready in my room planning to check out at 12 which is the check out time. At 11:15 and 11:30 cleaners entered my room.

Good hotel, well presented, quiet at night. Delicious buffet breakfast with a wide selection. The location is good for someone driving into Krakow and not wanting to navigate the city centre. The hotel is somewhat on the outskirts, so the busiest roads are bypassed, but is an easy 20-25 minute Uber ride from the city centre. My room was too hot and my inputs into the temp regulator on the wall didn't seem to make a difference. Also they could have provided a few more amenities like a mini-fridge and cutlery.
