the smell of the hotel was awful, no AC in summer is crazy, we booked double bed and after the pay, turns out the didn't have that kind of room. if they didn't have available room why did we were able to book and PAY?

On a family budget this was a comfortable hotel that was easy to explore Krakow from with a car. The car parking was a major pain.

It was calm neighborhood I booked a hotel for October 13, 2025. Upon arrival, it turned out there was a problem with the internet. My computer and phone tried to connect, but they weren't receiving an IP address. When I tried to enter the wrong password, I got a different error. I needed internet for work that evening, so I asked a staff member to resolve the issue. Of course, the information about internet availability was included in the booking ad. Mr. Artur said he would restart the router. Unfortunately, this didn't help, which Mr. Artur verified on his phone. He said he would contact support to resolve the issue, but he couldn't tell me when the problem might be resolved or when an attempt to resolve it might be made. I decided to leave the hotel and asked for a letter confirming that the internet wasn't working. He refused to provide such a document or even provide his name. On October 20, 2025, I received an email notification. Translation: "We consider the refund request unfounded. Both our IT staff and the hotel staff checked the internet connection and did not encounter the problem you describe." The information is signed by the "Front Office" without providing any specific employee details. I called the front office in which the lady instructed me to respond to the email, but she immediately hung up. I tried calling again, but none of my calls were answered. I replied to the email with additional information and haven't got any response since (today is November 10, 2025). I feel deceived by Mr. Artur, the lady who answered the phone, and the entire Front Office. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel due to the possibility of being defrauded if something seems off during your stay.

Food was perfect! Free parking space, clean room, nice staff.

Could be more cleaner and some of the furniture should be fixed/replaced.

Balanced value and price

The staff was really helpfull. The parking is in front of the hotel, a bit tricke, but manageable. Very noisy. The entrance doors of the rooms are of very low quality, the lack of apropriate insulation on the walls of the corridors amplifiies the sounds. Avoid room 20, very small bathroom.

The hotel is relatively well-located, with easy access to public transportation and a shopping centre nearby. Check-in is easy, and the staff is friendly. The room is quite small, with poor soundproofing. Basic amenities such as a hairdryer, mini-fridge, or even a kettle are missing. The TV is small, with most channels not working

The staff were very friendly and helpful Only thing that was a little unfortunate was there wasn't a bin or fridge in the room, however I just used a bag for the bin, and the staff allowed me to keep an item in their fridge, so worked out all okay

Nice budget hotel on the way to the airport. Tasty buffett breakfast, hot and cold food to choose from.

Seriously friendly service and people who work for the hotel. Too cold in the room.
