Water pressure in my shower was poor, but the hotel addressed it.

The hotel is always clean and rooms lovely. The staff are so helpful and remembered us from December 2025 which is nice. This was our 4th visit to krakow and we will be back hopefully sooner rather than later N/A

The walls were paper thin on the 4th floor, to which there is no elevator, you must take stairs. The neighbors were supper loud till dawn. The location is great, however it is right on the main touristy street, expect a lot of noice from the streets way past midnight. Thin walls , loud neighbors, loud streets
-
The location is excellent in the heart of old town walkable to almost everything you wish to see. Plenty of restaurants, shops etc. Beds are very soft, and because it’s a historic sight they still use actual keys for the doors on the rooms. These locks constantly stick making it difficult to lock and unlock the doors

We loved everything about our stay from the clean room, attentive staff, size of the room, the yummy morning breakfast (including the classic lunch they made for us to take with us when we left the hotel at 3:40am to catch our early flight), and the location... right in Old Town within walking distance and minutes away from the Wawel Castle and the town square. If you need help setting up tours in the area the staff are helpful in doing this along with arranging pick up and drop off at the Krakow Airport.

We couldn't use the bar/restaurant as it was open to general public & couldn't get a table.
-
Breakfast was good, location was very close to main old town area and castle without being loud on the street below. Not much could be better.

The hotel is in the perfect location to explore Krakow. Our suite was amazing, it was spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast was very good and staff provided excellent customer service. Check out the Oyster Bar downstairs, you can have a drink here or take advantage of the fantastic seafood on offer. Highly recommended.

WiFi was exceptionally weak in the room.

It was such a lovely hotel, room was brilliant and clean. Bathroom and the shower fab. Staff friendly and polite. Hotel in great place to get anywhere. Not that didn't like it but it does say full English/Irish/ American breakfast. But it's not a full English. It was nice especially the scrambled eggs. But need beans and mushrooms . But apart from that was good

Great location. Clean, comfortable rooms. Very helpful staff. Delicious breakfast.
-
Excellent location The air conditioner dripped water all over our belongings, ruining a notebook. The staff gave only a perfunctory apology and dismissed our concern with repeated apologies about how sorry they were
-
Unbeatable central location, beautiful clean room with tea/coffee maker, very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast variety, quality and entire setup were superb. Aircon kept room cool on a hot day we arrived. Majority of hotel rooms face a touristy Grodzki street. Plus, our stay fell on a weekend during August school/ university vacation period; not surprisingly there was a lot of street noise. We had to close windows, which solved the problem. While booking, contact the hotel about their quiet rooms facing the inner yard.
-
I was surprised by how quiet the room was, since its windows opened up to a very busy street. But we were very comfortable. I appreciated the small gift of chocolate upon arrival, and the room had everything we needed. It was a bit strange that the front desk only asked my name to give me the key. It made me a bit suspicious of how secure the hotel would be — although we did not have an issues in that regard.
-
Everything! Exceptional staff, beautiful comfortable room, cozy and quiet. Gorgeous breakfast! I couldn't believe my eyes. I don't want to leave! That I have to leave.
