Breakfast was not too cheap but definitely worth the price. A large variety of items, of very good quality. The room was basic but had all comforts. The location is exceptional: right next to the Wawel castle and the river, a few mins walking to the city center and to the bus to the airport. Around the hotel there is a wide choice of bars/restaurants to hang out, but the bar on the rooftop also has a stunning view on the castle and a pleasant terrace. nothing remarkable

The room was a little small, and poorly organized. It had a single bed with a reading lamp closely hanging over it (I bumped into it several times while turning). Too few power outlets (and again above the bed).

Amazing location (in center but still very quiet) with beautiful view of the river and Wawel castle. The sky bar is an added bonus. Nice modern room and very comfortable bed.

Great location right next to Wawel Castle with a beautiful view on Wisła river. Amazing and helpful stuff. Very good breakfast buffet. This was our 3rd stay in this hotel, and we will be back there next time.

Great location with a nice view to the river. Welcome drink at the rooftop bar with a castle & river view. Tea/coffee available at the room is nice to have too. Superb sound isolation from the outside (great windows).

Perfect location to castle and river walk area. Very convenient and easy walk to Old Town, but much quieter for sleeping. All staff were very helpful and pleasant. Breakfast buffet was delicious and fresh. Loved the big pillows in the room. Very clean.

Location is great. Corner room has a great view. Size of the room was good and facilities - tea in the room. Breakfast was fine. Generally bathroom was used. The light in the bathroom was not enough. There was renovation happening in the morning - the noises.

Our room was a very comfortable room with a great panoramic view of the river and to the famous castle of Krakow. room was very clean and comfortable. It is our second stay in this hotel, and it seems we shall keep returning to this hotel. Also, breakfast was great and delicious. I almost forgot to mention hotel is very close to Christmas market and to the old city. there wasn't/

Super convenient location adjacent to Wawel Castle. A bit further walk to the central scale, but not too challenging. A public parking lot is immediately adjacent to the hotel if you arrive by car. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooftop bar was a great way to end the night. If the rooftop bar is busy, you may be waiting a little bit longer for the elevator in the evening. Rooms were showing a bit of age, but not unreasonably so.

The hotel was a great location really friendly helpful staff very clean Breakfast wasn't great only a 2 slice very small toaster was just not sufficient for a very busy restaurant at breakfast and we tried the restaurant for an evening meal service was not good food poor and when I asked for a malibu and coke was told the bottles on the shelf of malibu were empty and for decorative purposes only ? The hotel part is great but the restaurant side let it down so would stay again but would eat elsewhere.
