Very good location between the train station and the old town. The room was very comfortable, very clean and well maintained. The bathroom and shower were also of an excellent standard The breakfast was excellent. The hotel staff is very kind and willing to help. I have no complaints.

Location is great. Food/Breakfast is very nice. Staff are amazing and attentive especially Jakub from the reception. He is very professional, kind, smart and efficient. I wanted to give him a tip when we checked out but I couldn't find him. Maybe would be nice to have a little box in the reception where guests can slip some envelopes with thank you cards etc. for the staff. :) For some reason, we always run out of shampoo in our bathroom. It's like the shampoo were never refilled enough or was not really refilled from the start. Would be nice if there's slippers available already in the room (we had to call to ask for it).

We really loved the location of this hotel. It was very close to both the city center and the main train station. The breakfast was really good, and we also appreciated the water dispenser on every floor-so convenient!

I told the front desk on my way out that the carpets needed a professional cleaning and even though the room was satisfactorily clean some attention to detail is on order.

Very nice and clean hotel close to the old city! Our room was very comfortable and the size of the room was decent. Big bonus was the water bottles provided by the hotel and the filtered water and soda dispenser free for the use of the guests. The hotel is right above the railway tracks and although when you close the windows the noise is reduced, it is still there. There's no noise at night.

Great location , very easy to reach (either through train or bus or tram). Gentle and nice staff, wonderful breakfast and very comfy rooms.

We were welcomed by a very nice receptionist, the check-in service was quick & easy. Breakfast was superb. Lots of choices and tasted very good. Location is Great! 10 min walk from Krakow Glowny station. Less than 10 minutes walk to City Center. The cups in the room are not that clean. We also requested a replacement spoon because the spoon was not clean. But the service was quick, the replacement clean spoon was delivered fast.

They give me noisy room facing to railway train and they refused to change the room

Not much to add here. Maybe the size of the rooms. The breakfast area is on the basement which feels a bit cramped although the lights help. If you go to breakfast at peak hour (8:30 when we were there) it can get a bit chaotic as they only have one small toaster and one coffee machine.

If you like to sleep with open windows, it's a bit noisy. When windows are closed, it's fine

Location fantastic. Hygiene/Cleanliness superb. Staff were very friendly & helpful. Noise. Room Doors automatically slam when closing. Hot breakfast very poor. In fact beans and egg were cold. Expensive in comparison to food elsewhere.
