Shits was little dirty

Very modern, beautiful building, very clean, close to the train and bus station My biggest complaint was that the door didn’t have a real lock. Everything was managed through electric keys, but as a solo traveler to feel safer I would have preferred a lock I can do myself from the inside. In my opinion, this type of lock is normally standard at hotels.

We found the room to be comfortable, lovely shower, easy access to the city, all within walking distance. Main train station almost on the doorstep, large shopping mall with anything you might need. Reception staff were very helpful and friendly, gave good advise when we needed it.

One of the walls in the apartment was too thin and we could hear our neighbors and the floor in the shower was a bit slippery. Other than that a great place to stay in the center of Krakow!

There no daily cleaning. Cleaning is for ekstra.

Quiet and very comfortable place to stay. I don't recommend for tall people, could struggle with the slope of the roof. For me it was fine. Easy to control air conditioning. The entrance door could use some maintenance / cushioning. Sounds like an easy fix, and it would solve a problem that you can hear people coming into / leaving nearby rooms. Then there were a few details that would improve the apartment, like sharpening the knives in the kitchen. I had troubles peeling an orange. There is no place to put a shampoo in a shower.

Location with caveat; I believe it was advertised as "old town" but was infact just outside of it. Still convenient with the Galaria Mall 200m away and 300m from the parky ring. Also had a Casino, Cafe and Starbucks on the main floor Because we are on the main perimeter road, LOT'S of first responders vehicles with sirens!

WIFI doesn't work at all in the room

The location for this hotel is PERFECT -- it's very close to the old town, to the trams, and the Kiss & Rides where many tours pick you up and the cost is also a great value for this location. It's also super easy if you're coming from a train to exit to the hotel from the mall connected to the train station. There's also a Starbucks right downstairs if needed. I don't often leave extensive reviews, but there are a lot of things that need improvement at this hotel. Most important -- this is more of an airbnb than a hotel, there's no lobby or bar area (there's a small reception desk that's not 24/7). You let yourself in with a lockbox on the top floor and there's no daily cleaning like at a normal hotel. I didn't think this was very clear when I booked it, so I think other people should know. If you're looking for a hotel-like space, this isn't it. In addition, although the booking says a room "with a view", my room didn't have a view. It didn't even have windows, just a couple skylights with no curtains so the sun was VERY bright VERY VERY early in the morning, with no way to block it. Be careful if you are light sensitive and make sure you don't get this room (room #5). My TV didn't work in my room, it constantly went on and off, sometimes turning on by itself, and the SmartTV function that connects apps didn't work at all. The AC is also very weak in these rooms which I saw other commentators add -- probably ok for others, but for most Americans they may find it warm.

Great location. Just a few minutes walk to old town, the central rynek, and wawel castle. Tram station across the street for longer excursions. At 6 am. Monday morning, a work crew started demolition work in an area of the building directly below us. Jack hammers, hammers pounding.and the end of our sleep. Terrible racket. I want my money back for a night!!

The bed was extremely comfy. It would probably one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in. The room was very clean, new, and all the appliances were in good condition. Due to rooms being located in the attic, the windows are positioned upwards, so there is no view to speak of. But the location of the hotel more than makes up for it.

The location is right across from a large mall, which was convenient to buy toiletries we forgot. There are also 2 main bus and train lines within a minute walk from the property which helped us easily get to some of the tourist attractions. The plaza the hotel sits in is lively. Inside the hotel is quiet and we slept soundly without any distractions from the events happening in the plaza. The restaurant attached to the hotel had great breakfast as well. We had a good experience here.
