Amber Hotel was a wonderful place to stay during our visit to Kraków. The location is excellent—close to the Old Town and within easy walking distance of the city’s main attractions, restaurants, and shops. It made exploring Kraków incredibly convenient. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Our room was spacious, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable. The beds were excellent, providing a great night’s sleep after long days of sightseeing.

Amazing breakfast! Friendly reception staff. We must have gotten one of the older and outdated rooms because our room did not look like the pictures the hotel posts on the hotel booking sites.

the garden was the perfect place to sit with friends before or after dinner. the breakfast was delicious. the front desk staff were always friendly!

Great location for touring the Old Town on foot. There are a few restaurants nearby and a 10 min walk lands you among many in the Old Town. In the evening 9-10 they had tastings of a variety of flavoured vodka. Breakfast good.

Nice hotel some 400 meters away from the main plaza. Hotel is very nice, room was also ok and clean. Neighborhood is somewhat different from expected.

The price could have been a bit more affordable, could hear a bit of the other noises from the rooms next to ours but did not create a huge problem.

The location of the hotel is very near to the center, in a quiet street. The Breakfast was good and adequate but did not inclue enough options for those who do noy eat dairy. The room was spaciouse and comfortabke but decorated in an old fashion manner.

They also had a vodka tasting nightly which was a nice touch. They also had plenty of games and puzzles that we utilized when it was raining heavily.

The staff was very helpful and spoke English. Had breakfast, they called for our taxis, as well as help us translate with event coordinators. Also very clean. Tv was way to small, and outdated.

Lovely small hotel in an excellent location. Loved the quietness, especially at night.Spotlessly clean. All the staff we met were professional but very friendly and helpful. Lovely size room for a city, and the bed was very comfortable. Great value for money. Good breakfast buffet. Would definitely recommend staying here, we will be back! Nothing not to like, although I would have liked to have toast for breakfast but that's a very minor point.
