A bit noisy from street. Not so much place.

Late checkin was pretty easy and hassel-free with clear instruction. Staff are very nice to help keeping my luggage while I'm away for Kinabalu climb. Location is perfect as it's a bustling area and close to everything. Easy to walk around.

Excellent and friendly communication from booking andthroughout stay. Location is amazing as it’s in the heart of Gaya Street. I had a room on the back of the building, so there was no street noise, but front rooms probably would be pretty noisy. Good security so you feel safe. Be aware that the room is tiny, just enough for the bed and a small wet shower/toilet. But it had what I needed and everything was very clean. Incredible value for the location. I would stay again.

The ceiling exhuast fan in the toilet need repair/improvement as it is either no working or very slow to drain away the smell in the toilet as this is necessary for good ventilaton in the no-window room.

It’s located right at the center of the city, perfect! The price is reasonable and absolutely worth for its location and facility. The first night we stayed was Saturday, there was a holiday market in the street. Actually it’s noisy until midnight. The next day , Sunday, the market is finished, that’s much better and not noisy then.
