The room and the stuff are great. The bads are very comfortable and the the design is very nice The problem is the vibe and the beach, its doent feel as vacation vibe, no music the food is very low standart, the dining room is not well designed and and doesnt match our expectation. no attraction on the beach and its too quite. There is a big kitchen but no possible to cook

excellent location, bungalows a bit old and could use some refurbishment, but very clean. beach is 1 min walk and plenty of bars and restaurants within 5 minutes walking. Even being in the middle of everything the place is very quiet. Value for the price is unbelievable.

We stayed in the Utopia Resort already 2023 and loved it. Nothing changed. The service is so friendly. The rooms were great. We had one brown bungalow and one room with pool view. This time the music from the door was a bit louder, but didn't bother us. Nothing to say.

In the center of the town right on the beach all of the staff were so friendly all ways smiling room cleaned daily with fresh towels Beach towels can be obtained from the beach side restaurant. On our leaving day it was the start of the water festival we ordered a taxi from the reception and a late departure no problem. Taxi never arrived the Owner took us in his own car it took 3 times as long because of the celebrations he just smiled as if it was another day, only got back late last night missing it all ready. We are returning in July cannot wait Nothing

The room is well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a refrigerator, air conditioning, a table, and chairs on the terrace. Two bottles of water are provided daily, and the room is cleaned daily. The bathrooms are outdated and have mould buildup. The sunbeds are also very old. The hotel requires significant renovations, but the location is great, right on the beach. But Lamai is not the beast beach on Samui, it can get dirty and wavy, so consider this when booking ;)

Great location, right near the beach and main part of Lamai. I got the pool view rooms and the bed was suuuuuper comfy and the PILLOWS!! a lot of room and shower had great pressure and temperature. Staff very helpful and rooms cleaned everyday. Not flashy but great value for money! There was a funny smell coming from the drains in the bathroom but to be honest it does happen in Asia a fair amount at budget stays. I found it tolerable.

Resort with private beach on where is all stuu you need. The restaurant and thai masage for good price. Nearly In the center of Lamai Huts were just a little older And the pool was just ,,special" guests and really small.
