The location is very good, everything you might need around There is a club somewhere close by and I could here the music every night in my room

It is stated as 'beachfront' property, but in reality you need to cross the road to get to the beach. The room is pretty dark, and the charger close to the bed works only when you turn on the light. The AC was too low so the cold air would blow right into your face. Also the bathroom didn't have a extractor which can be annoying if you stay for some nights. There is a pool, but the location is not very inviting. Overall it's ok for one or two nights because of the location close to the beach, but ai wouldn't stay longer than that.

The location is excellent. Close to the beach, restaurants, coffee shops and massage. A few blocks away from the business area. The staff were very friendly and kept our room very clean. The pool area is lovely.

The hotel is located in the best part of Lamai Beach. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. The staff were kind, friendly, and always helpful. The food at the restaurant was excellent and reasonably priced. We truly enjoyed our time there and would definitely come back again.

Only downside being so close to the water is that we had a lot of super windy days, making it almost impossible to enjoy sitting outside in the evening. The pool was great for the windy days. The bed and pillows was pretty hard, but other than that really good.

Location was great - right on a beautiful uncrowded area of Lamai Beach. Room furnishings need updated. The char in the room was actually broken.

By mistake I left some money unlocked, when I came back to the room they had cleaned the room everything was perfect but none of my belongings were missing. Very grateful to them
