Super 8 by Wyndham Knoxville West/Farragut

Not much of a breakfast bar, mostly cereal and waffles. Clean, nice pool. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The property was baseline. The room had a funky odor to it. Never could figure out what it was exactly. The beds were not comfy at all :( The staff were not overly friendly. I felt like I was bothering them when I asked questions. Nothing special, worked for the duration of the stay.

Not good

The ceiling over the toilet was falling in and pieces would fall on us. We woke up to something having seeped through the floor, leaving the floors wet and nasty looking. My previous stay here was in a much cleaner room, which is why I rebooked this hotel

Property was clean and well maintained. Coffee pot provided in the room, complimentary breakfast was nice. A/C worked great. Check in was easy, staff was pleasant . Definitely would stay again.

Very clean and well kept motel. The staff are present and very helpful without being overbearing or nosy.

Clean and friendly staff. Helped with local food recommendations. States breakfast but it was more of a continental breakfast.

Slow internet, room smelled funky when we arrived. We expected better quality for the rate they charge.

We checked in hoping to just fall into bed after a long day of travel. Instead, we discovered the both queen sized beds had visible bugs on the sheets. We checked out the foldout couch where my son needed to sleep, and there were not any sheets or pillows on it or provided for it in spite of our message ahead of time saying we would need that as a sleeping area. Additionally, the couch was heavily stained with questionable marks and was still wet with what we hoped were cleaning supplies and not vomit. The clerk at that desk moved our room for us upon request, but the second room was only a fraction better than the first. Bugs found in one bed. The couch equally disgusting. No sheets were on it or available on the premises even upon request. I was handed two pillows with no cases and that was all. It was very late and we had another long day of travel ahead of us, but we all slept poorly due to the unsettling conditions and my daughter and I strongly considered sleeping in the car as a better alternative to the room provided. After just a few hours of poor sleep we got up to get ready for the day and discovered the light in the sink area only functioned as a strobe. The shower was so unappealing no one wanted to use it. The breakfast was on the lower end of offerings we have seen. If you are gluten free - don't plan to eat the breakfast at this hotel as there will not be an option for you. Overall it was a really rough stay and made us extra cautious about our other bookings on this trip.

The aircon smells like mold and need maintenance staff- toilet bowl clogged the front desk man said get the plunger and do it - I’m alone here - I asked can u give me another room - he said no . The front desk / man attitude not professional and no maintenance staff to do the clogged bath room ,tv remote control no cover - I asked the front desk man a new one and said still good ?

The room I stayed in smelled like body odor. Remote was missing battery cover. The channel lineup was horrible. I'd give it a 3/5 but that's being generous.

Staff was very helpful and friendly Comfortable beds after a long drive.

The room smelled like smoke the bed had burn marks all over it. The bathroom had standing water. The AC was broken. The property wasn't anything like the pictures.

Check in was quick & easy but it went downhill from there. When we entered the room, it felt stale as the ventilation system was off. After it was on for a few hours, the room felt fresher and cooler. Moving on, when it was bedtime, I found the bed did not have a bedsheet. There was a mattress cover and blanket, but no bedsheet. My wife called and asked about getting a sheet & was informed by the front desk they did not have access to the laundry so they could not provide a sheet. The front desk said they could move us to another room, but it was already 11:30 and the kids had been bedded down. When my wife asked is a sheet could be taken from another room, she was then informed no extra rooms were available. I've been traveling around the US for the past 20 years and never encounter a situation like this. My wife did go down to the front desk where things got a bit ugly between her and the clerk.

We drove from Toronto to Orlando and this was our rest stop. I booked easy last minute online because we didn’t not know where the night would find us. Right off the highway. Big family so they gave us connecting rooms which was fantastic for the kids. We left the connecting door open all night. Lots of dinning options in the area. And easy check in and out so that we can continue our journey.
