A 4 star hotel that felt like 5 stars. Room was very cozy and made us feel comfortable. Food was a 10/10. The hotel itself was charming. This is the hotel to stay at if you’re in Kitzbuhl. Parking. The parking garage is tight and limited parking spaces. If you drive anything bigger than a smart car, forget about it. Parking on the street is limited.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The KitzCard is a great bonus. The hotel itself is charming; like a Chalet. The decor is cozy but elegant. The Wellness are is small but has everything you would want, including a Dampfbad. We can highly recommend this hotel.

Location was the best! Close to slopes. Close to train. So easy! Staff was friendly. Rooms were really nice. We had the Maximillian Suite which was amazing! Beautiful views of city and mountain. Spacious and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again! I would have liked a hot tub. They did have a sauna, and pool though

Breakfast was excellent, the location was exceptional and the staff was friendly and helpful. We traveled with a 3 month old and they made it very easy for us.

Very clean, comfy, great location, very good breakfast. There is construction next door, the noise all day is annoying. There is no a/c and the room got really hot, we had to ask for fans. Also no body lotion or conditioner in bathroom.

Spectacular hotel! After about 20 years of Booking.com stays I would put this hotel in the top 5. It is immaculate and well-maintained. The staff is professional. The room was very large (Junior Suite), very quiet, well furnished, and had great views. It is conveniently next to the Hahnenkamm train station and cable car. The breakfast was extensive, varied, and delicious with great service support.
