Issues from check in - being given the wrong rooms that were reserved and paid for up front - to having water in one of the rooms and needing to change that morning after requesting twice for a different space, to phones in the room not working requiring us to have to go to the office for each issue, to not having hot water in the other room and having a potential second change. It was a comedy of errors; however, the staff were kind and patient even though we were persistent in the issues that kept arising. The reservation didn't match the rooms we were given, the rooms given didn't match the number of people that were in front of the check-in host, having to go back and have this fixed; having issues with one of the rooms having a plumbing problem causing water in our room and not being given a new room immediately but having to go down and request a move second time around after a long wait. The breakfast was disappointing, not advertised as a cold breakfast and not replenished for the duration of the breakfast hours despite their being and attendant seeing food items disappear and new clients coming in without having the same food available for their breakfast.

The room was overall fine. The staff were extremely kind when I checked in. However, the deadbolt for my room was broken. I called the front desk and they had it replaced immediately, which I was grateful for. The hot water in the shower was hit or miss and I had to mess with it to get my desired temperature. I never ate breakfast here so I can’t say much on the food, but I did appreciate the location and parking. I didn’t feel unsafe at all and it’s a good budget friendly option for those that don’t want to pay $$$ for resorts and the fees.

Location is great . Across the street from Old Town. , Cracker Barrel. And right beside the Waffle house It wasn't the cleanest hotel room . And you have to dump your own garbage cans into a can that was right by our hotel room But We liked the fact that house keeping wasn't bothering us throughout our 4 day stay. We kind of knew that for the price it wasn't going to be a pristine hotel room .

All was fine except for parking issues ,other than that it was great Parking issues

Staff was amazing after my son got sick in the room. Room was nice and clean. Great location. Breakfast was just ok but it was at least something

The location is perfect I usually stay in this hotel but that room need maintenance The room smells moldy, the floor was very dirty I had to ask housekeeper please to clean , they did a great job , the room need maintenance ASAP
