Good

Needs a little work in the Bathroom Area but the room was clean and the location - just off Hwy 192 was easy to find and in a well lit area.

This hotel is wonderful! The check in staff were very friendly and accommodating to our 5 p.m. check in. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I have only good things to say. The bathroom was spotless. I will definitely choose it again.

Inexspensive The room wasn't as clean as it has been during other stays at this hotel.

They want to charge u if u lose ur key. And u got to get off the property to smoke smh. Seem struck to take ur deposit

The staff was so kind! We arrived in the early morning hours and had no trouble checking in. The hotel was clean and had been freshly painted. I hope the owners have a lot of success!

Bad smell coming out of the drains ( shower and sink).

Great location TV was outdated and only got antenna stations

Ants in the bathroom, which is not unusual for Florida, but was a little annoying. Rooms could use a lityle TLC. Beds wete comfy but the pillows are horrible.

Front desk gentlemen was exceptionally pleasant and helpful. Room was clean and well appointed. In this price point it is a value. Location is good with lots of restaurants and shopping very close by.

Staff was super polite and friendly they made the experience a great time.

The pool Nothing

The staff is amazing and very accommodating. The bathroom had no ventilation and was a bit suffocating… Therefore, the price seemed a tad high for the age of the facility. I believe the price should be more around $75-$80 nightly versus $100 nightly.

It was newly remodeled and clean. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. It did not have any bad odors. The price was reasonable for the area. Don't expect a resort atmosphere, but if you need a safe, clean place to just sleep, this is a great choice! The second floor has no elevator, but the staff was very accommodating in providing me with a 1st floor room (I'm disabled).

Room was clean, quiet, good location. We usually do not have an issue with this hotel..but this time around I didn't get my deposit back despite leaving the room clean and taken care of. Not sure what happened. But will still recommend and would stay again.

The rooms are somewhat outdated, but it was clean and that's what I care about, otherwise it has everything I needed and expected. This location is only sightly more off-beat than the stays near Old Town area but at a much lower rate, and it's not terribly far from Disney or Universal.
