There were youth hockey kids staying at the hotel...they were a little boisterous

The staff was amazing I had left an item and they kindly located for me They gave me several options on how to receive the breakfast was very decent the rooms were very clean and quiet and beds ever so comfortable there was nothing that stands out that was negative everything was perfect

Our floor was very noisy and we were in the room right in the middle of it. There were kids running up and down the halls for much of the day and into the night. We had to turn on a lot of white noise to drown it out. It seemed like they maybe put all the bookings with kids on the same floor but we are quite rigid with our kids about being very quiet in hotels so it would have been nice to be in a quieter area.

Everything was great! The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The sound-proofing was good. The decor was nice and I feel like they thought of every little comfort, from warm lighting to lots of places to put/hang stuff. We would definitely stay here again. Nothing

It turns out, it costs me 2x as much to book on booking.com than my friend who used expedia to book it right after me.
