The attendants were very nice and polite. They helped with everything, including where we could go to eat and helping with internet connection. The beds were comfortable. We had a fridge and microwave. We enjoyed the indoor pool area which was clean.The breakfast was delicious and the location was close to many different restaurants and shopping places. The room could have been cleaner. The carpets needed cleaning. Our surface areas looked like they had not been wiped down. There was hair in the fridge. The toilet, tub, and sink were not cleaned well.

Very nice clean hotel for the price. Tasty breakfast and kids loved the swimming pool (indoor). We stayed with other members from our baseball team and the lobby had a great hang out area. They were great hosts and the location was just what we needed, within a 15 min drive of everywhere we needed to go.

I had a weekend trip to visit my son and after a long drive I was so happy to come to a comfortable bed. My kids loved the breakfast. They had fun inside the pool. Housekeeping was attentive and came by to ask if we needed anything or wanted to room cleaned but I was only there for 2 nights so did not need anything.

Trash emptied 1 time towels twice , NO wipe down , mopping ,vacuuming and NO CLEAN SHEETS ! Management acted like its no big deal "we clean on a rotating schedule " which i took to mean every other month , possibly quarterly . ALL I know is that I've NEVER stayed at a hotel that was SUCH A DUMP that they would let a guest go FOUT DAYS W/O CLEANING THE ROOM , well until now. NEVER AGAIN ! HOLIDAY INN and EXPEDIA should both be ASHAMED !
