Motel 6 King Of Prussia, PA - Philadelphia

The property was extremely dirty and not kept well. Everything is super old and falling apart. The bathroom was very dirty. The whole facility was very dirty. The front desk staff was not helpful and rude in fact. The sign said no smoking, but clearly people were smoking pot and we asked to be moved to another room. Our overall experience was terrible. I will never stay there again.

The air conditioning was good. However I requested for non smoking area, I can smell cigarette from the bedsheet and pillow cases.

I left my power bank in the room, but the staff kept telling me they hadn't seen it without checking.

This was by far the worst experience that I had at this location, this time specifically was probably the most insulting when I tried to extend my stay I booked the additional reservation through Motel 6 reservation and when went to confirm the reservation at the front desk the receptionist checked to verify my booking with the reservation department I’m assuming because she asked for proper identification and choose to charge me an additional booking cost deliberately, and upon discovering the discrepancy charge I went to the receptionist for an explanation for the additional charge she articulated to me that according to her records there was only one charge executed for that particular reservation i.e. she told a blatant lie, she was well aware of the discrepancy. I ended up disputing the additional cost with customer care where the discrepancy is still pending.

Very clean and well kept. All staff are very pleasant and helpful. Beds are comfortable. Trash is picked up from outside my door which is very helpful. Manager Jamie runs a good business. Needs to be remodeled. A bit old.

It is not fit for sleeping; it is in very bad condition, smells strongly of marijuana, is very noisy, and the room is dirty—it is absolutely disgusting.

Nothing it was disgusting I dint like that the rooms was dirty it was a hole in the wall roaches on the wall and in the bed very nasty the carpet smelled like pee

The staff at the main desk were very accommodating. I will return next year or sooner if another class comes up as Eastern University. Thank you
