Location is 1st, most comfortable bed 2nd inside/outside bar 3rd pool 4th. Staff is very attentive and love their jobs. Room was small but I knew that before choosing the room.

The property is right in the middle of Duvall Street making it a great place to stay. The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. The pool was nice but there is limited space around it. Our only complaint was the proximity of our room to the elevator the staff uses to access the upper floors - every time they got on it they slammed the door which rattled our bedroom door and woke us up. I would still recommend the hotel to anyone.

Bar/eating area was short staffed causing long wait for drinks/food. And lastly, no decaf! Not everyone can drink caffeine. Everything else was good including the staff at the front desk!

Location, cleanliness, breakfast House cleaning was too slow to come round .. didn’t arrive until 16.00 each day whilst we had left at 10.00 & usually arrived back at 15.00 to rest for a while

Shops nearby. Pool area beautiful, quiet and lovely. Only one night stay so did not use. Valet parking was a plus since parking is difficult and metered. Nightly entertainment on rooftop bar where you can also people watch. Room lovely and bed comfortable. Furnishings could be a little more functional than decorative.
