Hyatt Vacation Club at Beach House, Key West

We loved our stay at the Hyatt Vacation Club! The property was very clean as were the rooms and I enjoyed the kitchen and screened in porch area in each suite.

Spacious rooms

The place was great. Very clean. Great pool. Easy drive into town. The communication was terrible. They gave me a number to text if I needed anything and I texted it twice with no response either time. I received no check out information on the app, by email, or in person. If the communication was better I’d definitely rate it 5 stars

Our stay was great. Loved that we had our own kitchen and washer/dryer in case we wanted to clean clothes. Tiki bar was great. The beaches in Key West were terrible this time of year. Tons of seaweed and it smelt. The hotel shows beach access but there really is no beach. Would have been nice to have a restaurant on site and the pool was bigger. It got crowded when everyone was in the pool. Overall experience was great though!

The accommodation was lovely, comfortable, and well equipped with everything we needed. It truly felt like a home away from home, with a relaxing and inviting atmosphere that made it easy to settle in and enjoy our stay. We particularly enjoyed making use of the outdoor pool. It was a great place to relax, unwind, and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. We spent some lovely, peaceful time by the pool and really appreciated having such a great facility available. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return. We highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming, and relaxing place to stay.

We loved most things about this property…the customer service was excellent and everything was clean. One of the reasons for the four star rating was there was no restaurant on the property so we had to leave several times a day to go eat. The closest restaurant (within walking distance) smelled like old cigar smoke and was really pricey…There is no real beach but the pool worked…otherwise, we had a good time.

Room was great. Staff were helpful. But the pool area could use a redesign. There is no bathroom outside and towels are only available in your room. We had no towels to use the pool since we got there early but weren’t yet checked in. Also no airport shuttle.

Very comfortable especially with 2 bedrooms, pull out couch, 2 bathrooms and laundry. Screened in porch and full kitchen is also so nice!!

No amenities at all, no housekeeping for the whole length of the stay. I don’t think I saw a single employee other than the front desk lady and the bartender at the cafe. It just felt like you were on your own. The room is very spacious so if you are going with a family this is a good set up. The bathrooms were nice and seem updated. The rest of the room, specially the patio is definetly dated. There is a small “beach” very small, only a couple chairs. It’s relaxin and our kids enjoyed it, but the hotel wasn’t busy,so we pretty much had the area to ourselves (7 people) I can imagine how it would just not be pleasant during high season when is busy. The pool is nice but again,way too small for the amount of rooms they have. It was very very crowded even tho the hotel was not fully booked. So I can even imagine during high season. Also your world of Hyatt benefits do not apply there because it’s a “time share” is what the lady told me. So no late check out perk even if you are a discoverist or explorer. checkout is at 10:00 which is earlier than most places, I asked for an 11:00 am check out and was told no, even tho the hotel was mostly vacant. Also right at 10:00 on the dot, the housekeeping lady was banging on our door. We were ready to leave, just loading our bags and trying to wrangle our large group, but she was like just standing outside the door waiting, very uncomfortable. And it literally was 10:00 sharp.

The pool is 3 feet deep; I didn't like that.

Very clean and convenient apartment with all services, close to downtown Key West!

This was a family get away to celebrate our 40th anniversary. We wanted a place to relax but still be near the fun of Old Town. This was perfect. Two bedroom-Two bath villa was perfect. Great screened balcony felt very private. The pool and beach area was relaxing. We didn't eat at the Tiki bar but it was nice for drinks. The only negative, and this is minor, is that parking is very tight under the villas. We had a larger rental car that made it a bit tight, but we managed. Smaller vehicles would have no problem. Would definitely stay here again on next visit.

A peaceful place to spend some quality time with family. The rooms were cozy and comfortable. We received excellent service at the front desk, both from the young woman who welcomed us upon arrival and from the one who assisted us with check-out. They were both very friendly and helpful.

NIce place to stay....good location. No beach to really speak of. Pool and staff were excellent.
