Breakfast was excellent, beautifully cooked & accomodation in a lovely location. Host very receptive, pleasant & helpful. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Brookfield I cannot think of any aspects that I didn't like

Lorna was so welcoming and frielndly, and my dog, Daisy got a morning sausage which she loved! Nothing,my stay was perfect.

Host was lovely and welcoming throughout the entire stay for me, my partner and young baby. Breakfast is great and snacks are available on the go. Rooms spacious & clean, location as described short walk into Keswick and ample parking opposite the guest house. Would happily stay again Nothing.

The owner was very friendly and looked after us Too far from town centre and quite old fashioned

Lorna, our host, was warm, friendly and welcoming from the beginning. Lorna’s breakfasts are outstanding and there is always a wide choice from the cooked to the cereals to spreads for toast. Lorna has a range of fruit too. Thank you ☺️ Only the room. We wished we had booked the larger room. Our room is very suited to a back packer who is younger than us. Lorna kept the room clean during our stay. Wonderful.

Comfy room with everything we needed and more. Lorna made us feel really at home, cooked fantastic breakfasts, and even helped with a minor medical emergency! There was lots of choice at breakfast and we particularly loved finding hot chocolate and marshmallows provided in our room. Beautiful location close to the footpath along the old train line.

The friendly host Lorna, very welcoming and made to feel at home.The facilities in the room, as alot of thought put into the little extras and was very clean and comfortable.Hearty,tasty breakfast in the morning with so much choice.If we're to visit Keswick again,this will be our first choice,thoroughly enjoyed by all x The main road outside, as cars do come around quite fast,so felt uneasy with our dog,but would not put us off booking again.

The location is good. The room is great big enough for 3 persons. Clean and comfortable. Price is reasonable, breafast is amazing. Staff is very friendy. Nil

Lorna was the perfect host, so welcoming and friendly and wow the breakfasts were top notch, perfectly cooked eggs for both my wife and I for all three days of our stay and even an extra cooked sausage for our dog Oscar. The property is well located only a 15 minute easy walk from Keswick town centre along the old railway path. We stayed in the cosy double which was small as expected but perfectly fine for 2 of us plus the dog. Would definitely stay again! Only minor thing was no parking so parked on the road opposite

Lorna the host was exceptional in hosting us and giving us guidance on what to see and how to get there. There was nothing I did not like

Lorna was very friendly, responded almost immediately, and was very accommodating with all of our requests. There was a special dietary requirement, and there were plenty of options available to cater for it. There was also a wide variety of food for guests without dietary restrictions, and the hot meals were very generous portions. The facilities were clean, and there were lots of thoughtful little extras in case you forgot to bring something on your trip, which was really handy. The location was within easy walking distance of the city centre, yet it was quiet enough to enjoy a restful night’s sleep. Great value for money! ☺️ The internet signal was sometimes can be weaker sometimes.
