Air conditioner filter needed change.

There is no mention anywhere that this is a motel and that the doors are outside. Ok otherwise but I didn’t like the deception

This property has been updated. The outside still has alot to be desired but the rooms we stayed in were pretty good especially for the price. We stayed on our trip to and from Florida. On the trip down we stayed on the 2nd floor...flooring was updated, shower was updated, the beds were decent, the decor was nice, and the tv was big. On the trip back from Florida we stayed on the 1st floor. It included the same updates except the shower was still the old tub that had not been updated. The rooms were just around $100 a night, didn't have that old smell in them and they were comfortable. On the outside we did notice one update and that was the grass and stone landscaping which was nice. Overall would stay here again.

It's completely different from the attractive photos shown on the website.

Overall, decent, with no real problems. No roaches. Shower was good. Booked a Non-smoking room, but the first three rooms they sent us to plainly smelled of cigarette smoke—really the fourth one did faintly. We wound up on the third floor, and there are no elevators. The layout is a long, three storey rectangle, and the stairs are only at the ends. The only available ice is in a keycard secured room that's at the far end of the first floor and smells like the Raid factory. Lots of malodorous marijuana smoke floating around. Didn't try the breakfast. It'll do for a night. I wouldn't hang around though.

The lady who checked in. The staff in the morning is very rude and if you try and say I'll stay another night they will not allow it they just walk lightning on you naked

Room was clean and ready for me. The property was in a great location

Location Didn’t feel safe after a man approached me out side my door asking for a stick ( cigarettes) he was creepy

Rooms are nice, clean, comfortable and updated. Close to lots of restaurants and shopping. The property is in need of a clean up outside. The smell of Marijuana was strong coming from several rooms. A lot of Sketchy clientele.

Staff was very nice, allowed us to refreeze our cooler ice packs in their kitchen freezer Shower plumbing valves need to be set at standard cold to hot locations

Nice stay no bugs quite

There was mold in ceiling in bathroom and tried another room the floor of shower need to be cleaned and may need swim shoes to shower. It was not suitable for me.

It offers breakfast although I didn’t eat it. The bed was comfy. No bed bugs. Filthy. Spiderwebs in the lamps. Smelled damp. Floors needed to be swept. Used face towel still in the bathroom. Tv would not connect to wifi so you can’t stream. I wore shower shoes because I was sure it hadn’t been thoroughly Cleaned

Cleanliness and price value Staff was a little uncoordinated in solving guests problems

Look, this is a fine hotel. It’s not the Ritz and it’s not a roach motel. It’s firmly in the middle. It’s clean, a little worn but the AC worked and it’s a great deal for a place to lay your head if you don’t want to spend Embassy Suite prices. I’ll be staying there again in August. When you willingly pay these prices you surrender the right to complain about little things. (This does not mean I have complaints)

Although I was already charged, we did not end up staying there. The facility was old, unattractive, and next door to abandoned, graffiti covered buildings. The people nearby appeared transient. We immediately left and arranged a stay elsewhere, at a more secure location.

The good: Everyone was very helpful when asked and provided first rate service. Room was clean no bugs. Great big TV.
