Grand Nar Hotel - All inclusive

Местоположение в городе соответствует описанию, вполне удобное расположение, кондиционер, холодильник, телевизор в номере хорошо работают, напор воды и наличие горячей воды, удобные матрас и подушки, бельё и полотенца белоснежные, уборка каждый день. Мебель в номере подуставшая, но норм.Персонал на ресепшен внимательный и дружелюбный. Еда в буфете вполне сносная, голодными не останетесь.Вино и пиво в баре вполне приличное.(вино-пару видов всего) Пляж находится в 4-х км от отеля 10 мин езды, 50 мин ходьбы,возит шаттл по расписанию( старый микроавтобус без кондиционера, в который забивают человек 20-25, при наличии 15 посадочных мест). Бара на пляже нет !Уборка в номере оставляет желать лучшего ( фото приложу). В баре в отеле не ждите никакого сервиса, импортных напитков и тем более коктейлей нет. Даже местное вино в бутылках , в частности гранатовое,( заявлено, что включено) за 15 евро. Еда в буфете не блещет разнообразием ( мясо или тем более рыбу надо «поискать»)Меню достаточно однообразное. Развлечений в отеле тоже не ждите, потому как их нет вообще.

The food choice was ok, it's not that I hate it but it could've been better

The beach for this hotel was 10 min drive with shuttle, and that shuttle was only go 4 times a day. 2 times in the morning and 2 in the afternoon. At beach … omg. I even don’t want to say this. Anyway - terrible experience. Don’t go there , even if price was cheap- don’t go there.

Too many flies in the mess room, small tv, staff spoke poor english.

The food was good. I booked it because it said it was beachfront. It was not. I informed reception and they omitted beachfront from their description. They advertise evening entertainment, (kareoke, themed nights and live music). There was none. I raised this with reception and was told, “not in October “. This is not stated on their description. One prospective customer on booking.com site asked what alcoholic drinks were inclusive. Their reply gave a list. In reality it’s only local wine and beer. When I challenged this at reception they said that the comment was from 2022. They need to make it clear that the drinks are not available now

hotell workers very nice and helpsom .The girl who workd there i guess from Ukrain or belarus . She was rude . The hotel is 2 star but The transfer to beach was very good. So it makes hotel 3 star. Foods were ok. No meat ? they use soya so it look like meat ?.but salat and bread were fresh. Cleaning the room were poor. One guy swim in the pool with his underwear and hotel staff didnt said anything to him. So not a hotell for Family. Workers in the bar are very nice and good boys. Not clean. Old hotell .

The services were good, the hotel was clean and the people were very friendly they tried so hard to make everyone feel well-come and happy with their work. They both worked very well as a team that everyone to feel pleased with their holidays. For example, I booked a double room with a double bed, but we got two single beds. I said the receptionist Leyla and Savaş to change the room, and they did . So everyone who bookes for the room needs to make sure what they are booking. Sometimes, because of the business, they can offer you whatever comes. But I stayed there for 15 days and I didn't accept that, so they changed it. So speak up. I sow the hotel's manager to clean the floor or the kitchen manager to collect the plates and clean the tables. They made sure, everyone's needs to be met , like family with little babies or with disabilities . I can't mention all the names, but some of them, like receptionist Savaş, Leyla, or Ahnet manager at the kitchen or the shuttle driver who tried to manage different jobs at hotel pluss driving Shuttle service. I didn't like the timetable of the shuttle service for dropping and picking up people from the beach. Sometimes, people push each other to go into the shuttle. So They need to explain to everyone that the shuttle service can take everyone to the beach , so no need to push or overcrowded the shuttle.

Grat for value, good swimming pool, hourly shuttle service to private beach.

The pool was clean All inclusive - no it isn't !!! Most drinks are chargeable. ALL drinks are chargeable after 10pm. Bathroom leaked and flooded every day as did other guests. Beach is over 2 miles from hotel. Pictures show it as next to the pool. Total con. Frauduiebt advertising. Pool tiles were broken and cut my daughters foot so badly she required stitches. Manager admitted he knew about it and did not repair it. No warning signs. Nothing around it to prevent accidents. Signs in hotel say they have a doctor on site - they don't. Food was also terrible. All vegetables hugely overcooked. Breakfast selection incredibly small. Staff rude. Manager blamed my daughter for cutting her foot then tried to fight me when I complained. Am in the process of an insurance claim. Will then be suing the manager for negligence. 2 irons for entire hotel in reception. If someone took to their room there were none. No ironing board. Room cleaned once in 10 days. I had to go and ask for my own towels. No entertainment of any sort. Fridge didn't work at all. Says there is a mini bar. There isn't. Beds really uncomfortable. Can feel the springs. Balcony so small you can't get on it. Just there to catch the door when you attempt to open it. Google says this is a 4 star. I would say a 2 star and that is possibly being generous.
