The location is very good, close to train stations and shops. I was not aware of staying underground level. After checked in the lamp at the bed was broken. I must repacked and move but still get the same level floor not upgraded room. Also it was building maintenance but no advance notice about it, so it was very noisy during day time.

Although we only stayed for one day, it was a great experience. The hotel is conveniently located near many shops and restaurants, with the MRT station just a short walk away.

Rooms were clean but very very small for 2 adults with luggage. A tall person would not fit in the bathroom or shower without hitting their head. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows were like sleeping on a bag of rice

Tha location is very good, very close to Kawasaki train station, the price is very reasonable.

really liked the hotel, all the staff treated my family very well, from the reception to the person who served breakfast and the guy who takes care of the parking lot, except for Natsuhara who was at the reception!! I didn't like the way the receptionist Natsuhara treated me! When you choose to work in customer service you have to be friendly and attentive and treat all nationalities with respect!!!
