Really enjoyed our stay here, staff are great and was in such an easy location into town and with parking.

Breakfast was included and very delicious, all the staff was incredibly helpful and the hotel was clean. I would stay here again, it was a great stay

I had a fantastic stay!!! the rooms were impeccably clean, modern, and well-equipped. Vaneca was extremely friendly, professional, and always offering to help and support and even going extra miles being a local expert... The overall atmosphere of the hotel was peaceful and welcoming, perfect for relaxation.. moreover the restaurant offers wonderful authentic balkans dishes that would definitely love ? The only aspect that didn’t quite suits our needs was the location, as it’s a bit away from public transport. couldnt be an issue if we had rented a car, for travelers with a car this could be an ideal spot as there’s ample parking available…

We loved the place, it was clean and looked brand new. There were only 8 rooms on the floor so it wasn't busy and noisy. Breakfast was excellent, different choices to choose from. The location was great but it's next to the main road so a bit noisy from outside. We had a nice view on the sea even it was 20min away from the beach. Definitely excellent value for your money.

Location, breakfast, rooms, cleanliness...everything is perfect. Clean bathroom...cozy rooms. Its perfect. All it needs a water kettle in the room. That makes it perfect.

We had a fabulous 9 night stay in Rooms Ino. We were so impressed with Nikolina’s customer service skills- nothing was too much trouble. We arrived after a late flight and she waited past her working hours to let us in and gave us a comprehensive list of recommendations in the area. Nothing was too much trouble and she was always available via WhatsApp should we need anything- her replies were so prompt. She even gave us a thoughtful souvenir gift upon departure which was a fabulous touch. The room was modern and well air conditioned, clean and had a lovely balcony. Cleaning service was available upon request. The staff were all so friendly and helpful and even gave us a complimentary drink upon departure- thank you. There was two weddings on during our stay and management made us aware of this in advance and offered us a discounted rate for those nights to make up for noise levels- this was much appreciated and excellent customer service. Would highly recommend visiting trogir located 12-15 min drive from property- beautiful, clean and quieter city with some fabulous restaurants. The hotel is located on a very busy motorway which can be quite noisy but we adjusted to it after the first night. It is about 20 min walk from beach and seaside restaurants, and then approx 20 min drive from split and approx 12 min drive from trogir. So we had to get Uber (highly recommend) quite regularly, therefore location was ok but not entirely ideal. After we had explored the local area we were reliant on regular taxis to see other cities so this worked out expensive. Not a complaint but might be something to consider when planning your trip. Property also only accept cash (of which we were aware prior) but this can be inconvenient coming from another country whereby there is a substantial fee to withdraw large cash amounts via ATM. Cannot fault customer service, room or staff.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room quality for the price is amazing, nice and comfortable. Breakfast was good with multiple options. Location is not fantastic, hotel is by busy street and not very touristy but there is a beach and plenty of restaurants if around 25-30 min. of walking is ok for you. Best to stay if you are with a car as Split and Trogir can be reached very fast, Bus can also be used but it takes a while. Overall great stay - recommend!

Breakfast was ok, but wasn't regional meal. The city center was far away from object.

We had to walk a lot because we have no car, but if you are with a car, it is definitely easier.

Just off the main road and close to airport. Free parking. Nice big room and modern large shower. Room made up everyday plus fresh towels every day. Air con working well. Staff helpful and let us check in early. Breakfast was standard and acceptable. All the room are up 2 flights of stairs which would be very different for someone with mobility issues. No lift available. A bench or similar to put suitcase on would have helpful. A drain running out side in the car park was unpleasant.
