Good Location, clean room with all that we should want. Did not provide breakfast, and the staff was only available by phone. Not constant presence. Nevertheless, that it really didn’t matter.

Excellent location. Immaculately clean, very comfortable beds… 2 x bedded apartment, 1 x twin and 1 x double. Excellent communication with owner. There is nothing I didn’t like.

We just stayed here for a night. It was really clean and the common space was a great place to make breakfast. I think I would have stayed a little further out of town if I were staying for longer since street parking is pretty difficult.

All went so smooth. This place is a gem. So will taken care of, clean, they have a bar with coffee making machines, fridge, there is a laundry. Great communication. Located right in downtown, on a side street where we had found parking right by the front door but felt slightly bad that we might have blocked a space to some locals... Wish we could have stayed here longer.

Well furnished, comfortable apartment located in downtown Kas. Very convenient to local restaurants, food markets and travel agencies. The apartment was clean, comfortable and secure. Everything was good.

Great location to enjoy town and beaches from. Simply furnished but with everything you need to cook your own meals or go out on the town. Washer and dryer free of charge bottom floor.

Clean, comfortable, well situated The absence of staff made the arrival a bit unpleasant - we hadn’t received any information on where to collect our keys and couldn’t reach them for 15 minutes. not a big deal but a bit annoying. But other than that everything was fine.

The staff were incredibly gracious and accommodating. They helped us find another place when I made a mistake on the reservation. It was so helpful and kind. The staff also turned out laundry over when we were gone for the day which was so nice of them. I didn't realize that there wouldn't be anyone at the front desk and so that was a challenge. The front door being a key system was a little tricky because we got locked out a few times. In one instance, someone else's key was already in the lock on the inside and we couldn't get in. In another instance, someone else's key was in the door on the outside and we couldn't get out. In another instance, the door was locked and I didn't have my key. A pin pad would be a great addition. Also, would have really appreciated a water filter and the remote for one of the ACs was missing so we had to take the key out lower the temp in that room.

There is a lot of equipment in the apartment. Hot water in the shower all the time and good shower gel and shampoo( l'occitane )in the bathroom. There was a bite noisy because of the nearest mosque and Muslim tradition of singing. Strange hours of check-in ( only from 15 till 18). And suddenly, there wasn't a bottle opener ( screwdriver) in the apartment.

The room and the hotel were very nice and cozy. We had a small kitchen and could cook food every day. Though the room was a bit smaller than it seemed on the photos, there was enough space for 5 members of our family. The location is great - very close to everything you need in Kas. But we struggled with parking - I guess it’s a common problem in the center of Kas. Thanks for hospitality! I would define recommend others to stay at Mare Nostrum. Parking problem

Fantastic location, only minutes from the harbour and the local bus station,shops and restaurants and with no steep hills! It was quiet with comfy beds and a good shower. Staff were friendly and helpful. All in all very good value. We would stay there again. Nothing

Great location clean and comfortable Wifi was terrible Breakfast was supposed to be included but we were told it’s not included anymore!

The location was perfect: three supermarkets within 3 minutes walking and both the beach and the town at walking distance. The seperate airconditioners for bedroom and living room were very welcome. The kitchen and utensils were very basic but enough to prepare yourself a simple meal. The bathroom was clean and spacious, and I also loved the soap, body wash and shampoo provided. The wifi was horrible and the bed was a bit stiff for my taste.

The property is really beautiful. Would definitely recommend anyone to stay better in kas . The location is excellent We checked in at 7. But they had nobody in the reception. The reception supposedly shuts down at 6. And it’s really dark in the common area of the apartment . They do give us a key to the main entrance. But it’d be better to have someone in person at the place for any assistance
