The location is excellent. Close to the famous church sites and restaurant venues, all walkable distance. The surrounding environment is peaceful, and with a 7-11 convenient store within 5 min walk. The 2 beds were in a bunk setup on the upper level. It's not ideal for elderlies to climb the steep stairs, or if you are tall, it's quite difficult to access the beds.

BEB5 was perfect for a 3-day stay in Karuizawa. It's close to restaurants and shops, a pathway by the river, and a wonderful onsen.

Quite and cozy resort :-) it’s good for family trip with kids. We enjoyed the loft room. It is small but has everything we need.

Cozy place, good for teenager traveller, not for family Breakfast set is too small portion and lack of variety and lack of proteins. Location is okay but onsen is pretty far

We only stayed for one night, but we absolutely loved our stay. The courtyard and lobby area have a really nice ambiance. The resort has a 24/7 cafe, and it's also a short walk to a 7/11. You can buy food from either place and just sit and soak up the chill, relaxing scenery while playing some board games provided by the resort.

I enjoyed everything. I wish I could remember the name of the person that checked me in. She was so friendly and welcoming. I give her credit for making my time there extra special.

The room was very comfortable, the staff was friendly & helpful, and the vibe in the common area made us want to hang out there and meet other guests. I liked everything! I would definitely stay here again.

The bed are so comfortable. Husband said he had the best sleep ever . Staff are really friendly and helpful. Plus the bonus onsen entries. Room bit too hot

The environment at lobby and outside facilities are excellent. My boyfriend and I are enjoyed hot spring which is amazing Hotel room is a bit small

The free pass to the onsen From the smelly and dirty room to the lack of space in it to the very rude staff that kicked us out of the hotel when we asked to wait for 20 min for the bus that was coming and it was 3 degrees outside
