The staff didn't fix the problems about which I was telling them (shower in my room). Water was everywhere cuz the shower was broken, but the woman from reception only gave me an extra towel.

Great location with pleasant and friendly staff. The room was spacious and came with a kettle and a selection of teas. The jacuzzi zone was nice, though it only had one jacuzzi and a small sauna. The hotel has a nice appearance, but it could use some minor renovations. One seat in the jacuzzi wasn’t working, and while the SPA area was fairly clean, it wasn’t spotless.

It's close to the trail that leads to the Sněžka mountain top, that's about the only + of this hotel. The overall experience was nothing great. The room was clean, but very noisy. It didn't seem to bother anyone from the staff that at 3am some polish people were literally yelling in the hallways and in front of the hotel. The restaurant food and service is god awful. Do not get fooled by the pretty pictures, the experience was awful from beginning to the end. They barely speak any English and seemed to be quite surprised to have non polish speaking customers, I know what a shock in a tourist spot. They only have their menu in polish and at least for dinner they have a very limited selection of dishes, none of which were anything close to what's pictured in the reviews. We paid 121 zl for 2 tasteless bland meals that came so fast there isn't any possibility that they weren't just microwaved in the back. With that we got a mojito that was so bitter and sour and WITHOUT any alcohol it was pretty much undrinkable. After they brought our meal they didn't even bother to come back again, waited 15 minutes for someone to come, but no one did, so we had to get up and go ask for payment at the register. If you're not polish, don't even bother coming here and save yourself the hassle, rather choose a place, where they actually cook and serve actual food, not this awful slop. Wish I could rate it 0 stars. When we were checking out, no one was even at the desk, so had to resort to just putting the key on the counter and hoping that would be sufficient. P.S. they don't have many parking spots (for which they charge 30 zl per day), so the best bet is to arrive early (although I would rather advise not sleeping here in the first place). Definitely do not go if you're not polish, you won't feel welcome at all.

First of all, the position. Walking distance to Śnieżka chair lift. Excellent breakfast and plenty of parking ???? Nothing at all

The food was great, the whole hotel clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. There is a parking space in front of the hotel. The beds are quite soft. There is no elevator in the hotel, but it didn't bother us too much.

Breakfast buffet is amazing. Staff are very friendly and their service is like what you get in 4 or 5 star restaurants. Facility needs some improvements though. They seem outdated and a bit old. But I will stay there again.

Place in nature, good breakfest, There were to noisy ventilators in bathroom. During the day and night,it was very noisy and it was not posible to sleep well,when the neighbour visited the toilet during the night. Also the walls were without any silent isolation, and the neighbours were wery loud also after midnight. This is not place for the rest. Wellnes was one room without any window.This is place to spent there only half an hour to visit whirpool,sauna,but this is not place for longer rest and relax. We had the breakfest and dinner. For the dinner, we waited always one hour for the food and if we wanted to drink,we have to always call the waiter, he never came,when we had empty glasses. We wanted to leave one day earlier, because we did not sleep well there, I was pregnent in 5 month and I have to rest,but for manager that was not posible, so we leave and paid all stay. Big disapointment.

Very clean, warm in the rooms, friendly staff The only thing I can complain about is the very uncomfortable pillows. After a long day on the slopes or on the trail, I expect something more comfortable

Breakfast offered a huge choice, with plenty of variety for vegetarians too. The room was spacious and comfortable with a large balcony. Although the tall trees blocked the view, it was bright enough and quiet and peaceful. The room in which we stayed could be improved with a couple of extra cushions for sitting up in the bed. A small fridge would be a great addition, although it wasn't in the list of facilities for the room.
