We had a wonderful stay at Four Seasons Resort Oʻahu at Ko Olina and felt very welcome from the moment we arrived. One of the things we appreciated most was the exceptional service. We were able to check in much earlier than the official check-in time, and we were also offered a late check-out at no additional charge. On top of that, we received a room upgrade to a beautiful room with a stunning ocean view. The room was very quiet, the bed was extremely comfortable, and we slept wonderfully. The entire hotel staff was incredibly friendly, warm, and attentive. You can really feel that providing excellent service is a priority here. We also had dinner at Mina’s Fish House, which was another highlight of our stay. The food was delicious, and the service was outstanding and incredibly attentive. We truly enjoyed the whole experience. The resort itself is absolutely beautiful. There are several pools, including a gorgeous adults-only infinity pool. What impressed us most, however, was the beach. We visited many different beaches around Oʻahu, but this was personally our favorite place to swim on the entire island. The white sandy beach, calm and beautiful water, and the small protected lagoons made it feel like the Hawaiian paradise we had imagined. Overall, we had an amazing stay. The beautiful resort, wonderful beach, stunning room, and especially the exceptional service made our time here very special. We would definitely choose Four Seasons Oʻahu again and would love to come back. If I had to mention one small criticism, it would be the cleanliness of the bathroom. There were a few hairs from previous guests in the shower, and the shower could have been descaled a little more thoroughly. At a hotel of this standard, this is something that ideally should not happen. However, this really was a minor detail and did not take away from our overall experience.

We have been to many Four Season resort properties and this one is absolutely beautiful! The view from the oceanfront rooms are amazing and the staff... James at the front desk and Lauren at the pool... just top notch and very accommodating. And the double smash burger! Best I've ever had!! If looking for an exceptional stay on Oahu, I highly Recommend!

Obviously you’re paying for a lot of this, but amazing staff, incredibly responsive and accommodating. I cannot say enough about this property. But it is the people that make this property, the amenities are secondary to them. They are quick with suggestions, they are honest and they are knowledgeable. Never staying anywhere else.

Loved the gorgeous property and amazing service! Top notch in every way!!

Exceptional, everything exceeded our expectations. Staff were kind and extremely pleasant. We enjoyed our staycation/birthday weekend immensely. Our views were lovely , and the children enjoyed Camp Kohala's lei making activities, making gecko keychains and fish feeding. La Hiki's brunch was delicious, enjoyed plenty of oysters and lobster. Sunday night had a movie on the lawn and our kids got to make s'mores. The lagoon was also a relaxing and inviting place to swim with our two young kids. Four seasons proved to be a memorable experience for our whole family.

It is our 5th year at this property. Just awesome!

I liked the cleanliness and the staff was very helpful. The beach is great. The location is very far from the center and not one tour accepted to pick us up from the hotel. Transportation to and from the hotel is expensive. Also for a 5 star hotel, I found it very surprising that at the buffet breakfast it charges for coffee as extra and all other drinks are extra charge. I never encountered this in other 5 star hotels around the world. To me this is not acceptable and somehow cheap from a hotel like four seasons. Also ordered room service, 38% of the total was delivery charges, extremely cheap shot. Why? Is it being delivered from Waikiki? That is on top of tax and the suggested tips that start at 22%, very outrageous. Every single order around the hotel is accompanied by tips suggestions. Never seen this in more than 50 countries I have been to. On my next trip next year, definitely will not be staying at the four seasons.

Place is nice. Highlights: food buffet, pool options, room, and ocean views. Downside, other guest are rude/entitled, concierge was misleading with the excursions, highly disappointed in the recommendations.

Beautiful property, extremely friendly and helpful staff! Everyone goes above and beyond to make you feel welcomed, by far one of the best resorts I have stayed at.
