This was the nicest choice hotel I have ever seen. The breakfast was great, the rooms were clean, the pool filled and skimmed and open with reasonable hours. Great place! Nothing.

The bathroom was dirty. The air conditioner in the room was old and loud. Breakfast ends at 9am. However, at around 8am, an employee turned of the devices keeping the food warm. I managed to get coffee and still barely warm biscuit, but the families arriving around 8:15am had no hot food. Ownership doesn't seem to value the customer experience.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. I especially want to recognize the amazing lady at the front desk with red hair—I’m sorry I forgot her name. She was absolutely wonderful and went above and beyond to help me with my check-in. Her kindness, patience, and excellent customer service made a big difference in my stay. I’m truly grateful for all her help and for making me feel so welcomed. The hotel is lucky to have someone like her on their team!

This hotel was booked for a quick one night stay, due to the reasonable price we booked it. Unfortunately the hotel was not a suitable place to stay at all. The hotel was dirty, and had a strong sewage odor even in the room. While the front desk staff was kind, Expedia would not offer a refund. We had to last minute find somewhere else to stay. I do not recommend staying here but also do not recommend continued use of Expedia if they can’t accommodate a frequent customer for a one night stay that was absolutely not acceptable.

The bathroom needs a normal door and have zero water pressure.
