Breakfast was okay...somethings were a bit too dry but overall okay some of the pool staff need to get better and the check out boy wanted to charge me for something I did not take in my room

Great location with lovely gardens good views nice rooms Level of service and misinformation when booking. I requested an extra bed for my daughter. I was informed that there would be an additional charge of 100 dollars. On arrival I was informed charge was 100 dollars a night which took me aback also the room had a king size when I had requested twin beds and extra bed was not set up. Check out charge was wrong and I was recalled to hotel after leaving. Restaurant service was slow I requested a menu for dinner and had to ask again after about 20 minutes. I have stayed many hotels in Uganda from budget to prestigious

The hotel is by the lake and has very good facilities. The pool in particular is amazing! The price is high for one night stay and for buffet

The location is very nice, the facilities are nicely done, the service is very good, the view from the room is amazing! The availability of activities and the food quality was quite limited

I didn’t like the staffs in the restaurant they don’t care about locals they care about foreigners.

The breakfast is not diverse in terms of food The main focus is drinks , fruits, and cakes limiting food to potatoes, and bacon is below expectations

Peace and quiet Mantainance and extra charges. I was put a little bit far from the main hotel and the phone in room wasn’t working, I kept on calling the reception desk using my phone. I was charged for bringing my food to me when I didn’t asked to be put in a cottage. I was disappointed. The IT guy didn’t turn up and I had to leave in the room with no phone. The bathroom needed to be fixed as well.

Nobody can't find the tour reservations. Big mess, all depends on one person, even when the tour reservations were made months in advance AND CONFIRMED MULTIPLE TIMES. TOUR DESK-EXTREAMLY DESORGANIZED. (EMMY was the contact agent.)

I loved the team.. Naomi the manager and Noeline were especially warm and receptive. The rooms are good spac3 and the food amazing. The only reason they don't get 10/10 is because they had a little bit of noise at night as they moved furniture around to set up for day functions... but Naomi and team managed my unease very well.
