The view was amazing. The staff were very friendly. We also really enjoyed the food that we made and served on the property. There wasn't anything we didn't like. I guess if I had to point out something, I would say that the slats for the top bunk bed had so much bend to them that our child on the bottom bunk was nervous.

It was a great location for all the attractions as well as restaurants and shops. Very clean and comfortable, it provided all the basics. No complaints.

Place was just okay. Room had space but minimal furniture to put stuff down. Wouldnt stay again.

The location, and beautiful view from.the hotel. The reception ladies are very kind too. Bathroom is a bit small.

Amazing location and staff. Very comfortable and relaxing

We were on the ground floor so we didn’t have to climb any more stairs once we were back. You can hear the birds singing in the morning. Staff was responsive to our requests. Also it was convenient to get to nearby restaurants for dinner. Part of this was my fault and confusion with the booking because there were multiple options that appeared the same but had different prices. Clearly there was more to it so our room was definitely bottom of the barrel. The AC was super noisy and the heat kept turning on automatically and we couldn’t turn it off so we were either roasting or had to run the super noisy ac to keep it remotely comfortable. There is no screen and so we could t just open the door. The shower curtain was pretty gross and didn’t really work and the WiFi in this room was terrible.

Excellent location, just in step of mountain. Nice and quiet place. Self-service at check-in, it was clear and understandable instructions The bed was too hard.

In the village near Meteora monasteries. Private parking. Close to the restaurants/cafes. Pet friendly. Thin walls

Great location, clean and staff were very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was good too. The room was a little tight for a family of 4 but we got by fine.
-
The place is nice and quiet. We can walk around near the appartement. The room is quite even there's many of tourists.
-
We stayed on 2nd floor. Room was dark, wifi unreliable.
-
The rooms are a bit 'tired' and very basic. The rate is on the high side for what you get especially when it's exclusive of breakfast (add Eur 7,-)
-
cold room. They new we were coming. The room was cold.and when we mentioned they told.us that we could use the aircon to heat the room but this cannot happen.
-
Great location and view. Staff nice and helpful.

Located right at the entrance of the road to the monasteries. There is a public kitchen at the ground level where we made our own breakfast. There is coffee and tea. Near a small grocery store. There are only two restaurants nearby because the property is not in the big town but it didn’t bother us.

Location Bathroom, not enough hangers in the closet, missing hooks in the bathroom.
