i needed help w a future booking elsewhere, so the manager found us a lovely room in previssa. couldnt have snagged it without Dellas staff!

What was wonderful was the help and recommendations made by the staff at the front desk. They were very helpful and quite knowledgeable about the area and what questions they couldn't answer, they reached out to find it. They went above and beyond! There is really nothing I didn't like.
