We initially felt like we didn't get the room we have booked (according to advertised photos) but hotel staff were extremely helpful and tried their best at resolving the situation at the end. They gave us the choice of moving to a different room after a couple of days and let us check out late on our last day which was incredibly helpful as our flight home was only 21:00 in the evening. Hotel is a Jet2 package holiday destination that brings some of the brit families who unfortunately like to make the effort to occupy pretty much all the sun loungers around the pool area with their towels even before the sun comes up in the morning. Also need to point out that we have been there for two weeks and the lounger issue seemed to be more apparent the first week than the second so hopefully it's not always that bad but still disappointing to see.

Good location of the hotel in quiet area, but close to shops and sea side with nice beaches. Nice and clean rooms with comfortable large beds. Cats walking freely around the entire restaurant with full permission of restaurant staff, jumping on chairs and tables of customers.

Property location is great. Food was OK Property indeed dated especially bathrooms, pool area and dinning area. Afternoon shift receptionist rude and constantly on the phone never welcoming any guest neither interested to help.Tables rare prepared for meals. Lots of cats walking on the table. Sun beds falling apart and grass near the pool table never cut looks horrible. .

Comfy bed location of room The food was just "ok" Music too loud around pool on a constant loop of same songs So we ended up going to beach every day and then it means the all inclusive charge is expensive as not using it.. Eventually the staff became friendlier but it can take effort so I would say just be over nice to them, and they start smiling. Food Loud Music around pool no activities or entertainment our friends who arrived before us said there was green slime around the pool Hotel is a little lifeless

It is clean. The location is amazing. The staff is very friendly. Sister hotel service is great. It is a pity that they would have two separate buildings and of them is across the road, feels a little isolated especially because the quality is lower than the Klelia main building. The concierge service is not good and of course much more costly than the agencies you can find around the hotel. The entertainment acitivities are not organized by the hotel but they can choose to work with better agencies and be mindful of the service provided. Unfortunately the nice young lady in the night shift did not speak much English so it was very hard to communicate. But her supervisor helped us during day time.
