Club Wyndham Kona

The staff at check-in were very helpful! They had great suggestions for beaches and sea turtle viewing. Staff were non-intrusive, yet always available for questions as they worked to maintain the property. Pools and hot tubs were well maintained, warm, and appealed to multigenerational vacationers. I hope to return in the future!

Beautiful property, great accommodations and pools!

Great setup with 2 bed, 2 bath and living room and nice view. Cozy feel due to bungalow style. Perfect for family of 4 or even can do 6 people. Would stay here again on return visit to Big Island.

Beautiful place , excellent location and service

The grounds were well maintained with historical and natural features. The apartment had all the necessities for kitchen, bath and outdoor fun like beach towels. Each room is very quiet and perfect for privacy. I am not sure if every apartment has them, but our apartment had a small cooler for our beach days! It was perfect. So many awesome beaches w/in walking distance or 30min drive! Had full laundry set and soap! Went home with clean clothes. It is a peaceful property and all staff we came accross were friendly and helpful with recommendations. We will absolutely stay here again.

Our stay was fantastic. We didn’t spend much time wandering the property as there is so much to do on the island, but we appreciated the spacious 2 bed/2 bath suite, laundry, kitchen, and living room. We ran into Costco to get breakfast food and had everything we needed to make a delicious breakfast and eat it out on the large patio. Parking was convenient. Area was so quiet, we slept really well. I’d say the only bummer was the sell job to go hear about the timeshare. Just a little pushy when we got our arm bands, but we politely declined and got past that.

The only thing I disliked was check in where I was asking about restaurant recommendations and the woman at the desk kept trying to sell me on going to watch a time share video so I could save money. I said no repeatedly and said I just wanted to get into my room and get food after a very long flight but I had to say no over and over in order to get what I needed and leave. Other than that, great stay!

Good and clean, friendly staff, nice pool. It's Hawaii, don't stay at the place too much and miss the sights on the island! It's a place to stay and sleep, mostly, not a resort, and it does that nicely. Good location, too. Recommended!

The resort grounds are lush, well maintained, and capture the charm of old Hawaii. We especially appreciated having a full kitchen and in-unit washer and dryer, which made our family vacation much more convenient. The staff was friendly and welcoming throughout our stay, and the location was perfect—close to restaurants, shopping, beaches, and Kona activities while still feeling peaceful and relaxing. Overall, this was a wonderful place to stay, and we would not hesitate to return. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Big Island and looking for spacious accommodations with a true Hawaiian atmosphere.

Large accommodations, nicely decorated, nice grounds, great shower, nice to have a washer and dryer. Loud noise when air conditioner turned on, small bugs in room, got a few bites.
