Counter staff very friendly, room was nice, bathroom and shower good. Modern, excellent WC. Location good, easy to get to. Would stay there again. No housekeeping, i.e. no cleans towels daily. Had to go down to Reception and ask for clean towels. Room ended up smelling stale from the used damp towels. After Day 2, we put them on the floor outside the door where they remained until we checked out. I didn't expect the beds to be made and full housekeeping daily, but most hotels at least supply clean towels daily. Also, Reception refused to phone a taxi as we were leaving with large heavy bags. Unusual, most hotels will call a taxi for you.

Location of the hotel I requested for higher floor, but was given Level 3. Level 10 is the highest floor.

Close to train station and next to 7eleven. There is self service laundry on every floor. Everything was good, I wish checkout was a bit later

I love that it’s very near the train station and reasonable walking distance from Costco. The room is not stuffy, there’s room to move. First of all, I didn’t like that you have to pay 1,000 yen for the VOD which only has very few selections of movie and is not really worth the money. Most of the hotels now has smart tvs that has netflix. It was really a bummer! Also, the smell of the room when we first entered wasn’t nice. The smell of the towels too. It’s giving unclean vibes. Also, the microwave tops, tables, there were lots of dust. But it was a good experience for my money and it was just one night.

A small side table or closet to put clothes or suitcases would be nice but overall great hotel, location & price!

Convenient spot. Shower was way too small and everything in there gets wet.

There is no closet to hang clothes or dresser to put clothes in (one of those would have been nice). There needs to be a shelf in the bathroom to put clothes on for after you shower. Both of those are very minor issues & I would still stay there again.
