We booked the Superior room w/terrace and it was amazing. The room was spacious and comfortable and the views of the Provence valley outside were incredible. We enjoyed a wonderful dinner on the property at La Cafe' de la Fontaine and just can't say enough wonderful things about it... service, presentation and quality of food, wine pairing and ambiance, all Fabulous! We were disappointed we only stayed 2 nights... on our next visit we'll book a longer stay for sure!

Restaurant staff seemed like they were just going through the motions but front desk staff absolutely wonderful. Spa and workout facilities seemed a bit limited considering it bills itself as a spa type retreat.

Breakfast can be improved.

The grounds To expensive for what it was. Sorry

Location, room size I don t usually write negative things, but our experience here was very disappointing. Staff was not friendly at all at not helpful. Have stayed here twice before it became part of the relais and chateau group. Michelin star restaurant for dinner not up to its rating. Dinner took 4 hours and was not good. Head staff very unpleasant and abusive to junior servers. Young sommelier showed his inexperience, when opening a bottle of wine, the cork broke, after decanting , served with cork still floating in glass. Then when we told him, he took the wine back and decanted it once again, poured it through a coffee filter squeezing the filter with his fingers to get all the wine out. Very expensive dinner and as I said very disappointing and through a damper on our stay. Bathroom was huge with a ridiculous little shower in a cube in the middle of the room

A fantastic experience. Book a room with a view, you won’t regret it. Breakfast is a must do experience. Lovely place to experience the area and staff were very helpful.

Location - staff. Spacious room but towels not soft. Pool FREEZING - unheated. The pool bar / cafe on the terrace CLOSED … not advertised as closed when booked. No modestly priced food available. No poolside drinks / snacks / etc. the most modest dinner was over €250 for two with a single glass of wine each.

location and size of room bathroom and shower, and dining, staff very rude and unpleasant, dinner took 4 hours for no reason, we had stayed here previously twice, when it was NOT a relais & chateau, it was a much better serviced hotel. A michelin rated restaurant, but as I mentioned, head staff was very rude unnecessarily. When my husband asked for another piece of bread, the head waitress scolded the server as he was about to give us one ( a speciality bun) and had to just go get a slice of ordinary bread. ( just a note, we had gone to another restaurant next evening- they only served that specialty bun and gave it freely) Sommelier, broke the cork when opening the white wine, decanted it served it with a cork still floating in the wine glass, then when we mentioned that, he took the wine back and put it through a coffee filter, squeezing the wine with his hand? not very professional....will not stay again

The rooms, the pool area was great. Reception and bar staff were very pleasant Breakfast was great There seemed to be no senior management. The food in the outside restaurant was very disappointing compared to last year. The food was tasteless Steak was on the menu but for two nights running they had none. The choice was minimal .( so for the last two nights we cancelled our booking and went to restaurants in the area instead). The staff in the restaurant were inattentive……seemed to think it was funny that steak was unavailable and that the alternative was a bit of pasta with bolognaise sauce. You have to pay extra to use the Spa facilities, no one told us on arrival, instead we were shouted at by a member of staff whilst using the toilet and told off for using the pool. The bar area often smelt what we thought was sewage. The barmen who was great told us it was the air conditioning unit in the room…suggest for a five star hotel that this should be fixed?

Amazing view across the Luberon and lovely hotel with great staff and service. The restaurants are both amazing, with very high quality. The art around the hotel grounds is a little distracting from the natural beauty, might be nice to remove some of this! Additionally, would be great to open the gym (and the aircon) in the morning for those who want to workout before breakfast - it was too hot when we had it opened for us at 8am!

Overall experience is fantastic, staff, rooms, restaurants are excellent. Some furniture in the room can use an upgrade/restauration.

Wonderfully relaxing hotel in a perfect situation to explore the Luberon area of Provence. The staff were all fantastic and helped the relaxed atmosphere. The breakfast was exceptional and the food in the bistro excellent. We would definitely stay again. The Michelin starred restaurant was disappointing. We ordered the Provencal set menu and found that a lot of the flavors were strange.

Charming location. Julie at the Reception was exceptional at her service. The food and the service at the Bistro were also excellent. Room very clean with small attentions in the evening. There was none to welcome us when we arrived with our car at the hotel. We had to go to the Reception ourselves and announce our arrival. We stayed in Suite 41 with a private pool. The room was not recently renovated. The furniture were damaged and the walls were falling in the terrace. This was certainly not a 5-star level of accommodation! There was no privacy in our little terrasse and private pool due to very close proximity of the rooms next and the one just above. The playground for kids was not welcoming and well maintained.

The room and terrace were lovely to sit on in the evening and admire the view. The pool area was very relaxing and spacious. The restaurant was fantastic, we felt very well catered for - especially being a fussy vegetarian :) The gym based within the spa area was 'trendy' rather than especially functional for those wanting a proper work out. A performance bike and maybe some proper solid free weights and better mats on the floor would improve the set up as would better functioning air con !!!! The spa area itself was amazing and very well appointed for relaxing
